I could say a lot of bad and I could say a lot of good but no true Ducks fan that I know is going to call losses to both rivals a successful season, but I really cant blame it all on Lanning as I saw our D pretty much give up the last few minutes of the Civil War--or whatever you want to call that game. I agree with most but I would give DL a C -the D was bad. LR I would give a B-. DeBoer was the guy I wanted for the Ducks originally.

In My book losing the the Huskies and Beavers is a failure. But its just football. No biggie.

Since keeping a 17 point lead was not important to the Ducks I would imagine that a lower bowl isnt either.

The Playoffs have changed everything and the more teams in the playoffs the less the bowls will matter-- Welcome to what we all wanted.

And the defense is just plain out bad.

I Dont care about what happens at ASU, Im scared that the Ducks will take a whole bunch of steps back next year without Dilly.

Every coach needs his players -maybe in 20 years it all comes together. Meanwhile its the cruddy chicken bowl.

Oregon needs Defensive players. I dont care how good the O is you are not going to win a championship without great defense.

KD meant nothing to the football program at Oregon. Oregon will succeed or fail but not because of him.

The only Kenny in my book is Kenny Wheaton.

Let me re word this, KDs offense was the only bright spot for the Ducks except for CG who is an excellent portal pickup.

This is why I think next year is going to be bad for the Ducks. Dillingham was the only bright spot on the coaching staff.

People are almost always remembered more for their failures than their successes especially college football coaches.

Do the lower Bowls even matter anymore? How many players will opt out? Will it it be on a prime time or a work day? Will it become a positive recruiting tool or negative?

Losing to both the Beavs and the Fuskies is unacceptable with the talent that Oregon has-No excuses. Things dont look that bright to me.
