Ive seen his reviews too. There seems to be a few towns in Oregon and Idaho that are pretty safe and among the lowest costs for housing--if you can find something for sale or rent. Lots of people from Portland are moving to K Falls, McMinnville -Sheridan, Newberg and Redmond. Coos Bay is pretty cheap too.

I expect great things from DL. I see a beatdown of everybody except Georgia. Plus BN's experience in the SEC will be of great things in the lowly PAC. 2 things from last year--Injuries, opt outs and a team that was beaten by its own coach. This years team will have the fire!!

I have a dislike for most of the PAC except for Utah and Cal. I dont mind the Beavis either except for when we play them, Then I want the Ducks to throttle them-I have pesky Beaver alum in my family. Whittingham has done a great job with the Utes though.

Im just going to say that the scheme coupled with the right players is what wins games. Last year along with Mario's prevent offense and all the injuries as well as those that opted out put our season in the toilet, IMO compared to Oregon- Utah shouldn't be a problem. they have always been a lower tier recruited program. With that said maybe these big time recruits are not all that good? Maybe the facilities spoil the players?? I dont know? I expect Lanning and the Ducks to win all but 1 game next year-anything less is a failure.

My way of looking at this is how many picks he will throw compared to how many turnovers our D will create. Im hoping this year our D will not only create turnovers but will score as well. So a pick every once and awhile wont bother me as long as our D does its job too.

Lots of conflicting stories here. I thought the trust was supposed to sell the Blazers with the money going to Allen's charities etc. I hope the Vulcans/ Jody eventually unload the Blazers as they have been terribly managed for years.

Hopefully they will come up with a thing called DEFENSE. Defense is used to STOP or at least slow down your opponent from scoring at will. I always hoped Uncle Phil would someday have a stake in the Blazers!

There's a lot of pressure on the Ducks -Canzano can kiss my rear end. The Ducks --Our Ducks have boatloads of $$ and publicity. To lose wouldn't be terrible but to lose bad would be. Lets not forget that the Ducks are in the top 5% of all $$ income football college programs. Its time to put up or shut up. Its time to SHOW ME THE MONEY. Back in the day we didnt have money -things were different then. Utah has never been a top recruiting school and neither are WSU, the Beavs or even Boise St for that matter. Dan Lanning -notice has been served--all the above teams have beat us when we were a big $$ program.

I call it the war of the have's and the have nots--The Beavs are the have nots.

If you want to be the best you have to beat the best. But if you think about it usually there are 3 or 4 teams in the SEC that are great. The big problem to me is how those teams have 3 and 4 deep that dont transfer.
