Lanning Says He Doesn't Know If There's A QB Leader Post-Scrimmage
In the 2010 season, it was neck and neck who would be the starting QB: Nate Costa or Darrin Thomas. After watching practice, I was convinced they'd pick Costa given his slight lead with experience. Nope And 12-0 was the result Its gonna work out

Jurrion Dickey: MaxPreps Preseason All-American
Man, I remember Cam. He was really (finally) starting to turn it on his senior season in 2007. Having a break-out year (along with a few others) until a tough tackle broke his lower leg. Would have been a great year

Five Teams Creating Havoc to Playoffs...Ducks Play Two
Why on earth anyone would pick Stanford is beyond me. Oregons recent habit of stumbling against a middlin Stanford team has been embarrassing and I expect DL and the new and aggressive D to put a stake in them once and for all. Slow, boring, and predictable. But they have the refs on their side. And Rod Gilmore

Lanning’s Defense: Setting the Bar
D-Fence D-Fence D-Fence Love it. Last shutout was what? 2012 vs Arizona? Can't wait. If the players all buy in, it will be coming in waves!

Forget the Future: The 2022 Oregon Front Seven is the BEST?
It's going to be awesome. The pressure will take the "pressure" off of a young inexperienced DB group The new staff will be tough to scheme against And the depth will defeat poor officiating and mystery targeting elections Win, win, win

Commitment Day: Will Elite 5* Power Forward Kwame Evans Jr. Choose the Oregon Ducks?
Yes

Five-Star Kwame Evans Commits to Oregon...Great Basketball News!
BBall recruiting has me completely flummoxed Since the Final Four appearance, they've had some big 4 and 5 star recruits, but they haven't amounted to much. Either recanted their commitment, got hurt, left the team... Come tourney time it's always a bunch of senior transfers leading the way. I love Dana, but the constant turnover makes them hard to follow and become invested in

George Kliavkoff: USC and UCLA are Regretting Decision to Go to Big Ten
I think George is putting out alot of bluster and "wishful thinking" He's in a tough spot, gotta try and spin it to the positive Just not sure I believe him Playing defense

What Defensive Two Deep Might Look Like
Funa, while having a bit of an off year last, is my guy for having a huge money year. His first year he had a bunch of sacks as a Frosh, and I predict he'll return to that form. Popo was All-Conference? So it's his to lose. Bennett will start somewhere and rarely leave to field, bank on that. And I just gotta believe Bassa plays a whole bunch too. The interesting part is what DLs defense looks like? More LBs on running downs, with more Safeties on passing downs? Barring injury, I can't wait

Bennett Williams--Oregon’s 2022 All-Pac-12 Safety
Started noticing Williams during the short 2020, and then he was killing it last year until his injury. Always around the ball. Plus his skills should hopefully elevate Steve Stephens up to his potential in tandem! Can't wait

Analyst: Ducks Landed One of Best Transfer Corners in Christian Gonzalez
My favorite part is his DB coach came along too. DL seems to be a young DEFENSIVE aggressive coach, who also recruits. Chances are he wouldn't bring sluggo coaches over to the defense. So the quality and aggressiveness of our D should go way up! Can't wait

Chip, UCLA and Doomsday!
This year is make or break. They have one of the easiest schedules in CFB and play no Power 5 out of conference game (neither do the Beavs) I'm guessing break

Can QB Development Improve Under Dillingham?
Adams was one of the best college QBs I've had the privilege to watch. Moved up a class, came in with no prep at the last minute and rocked the Pac12. His instincts and ability to scramble and find a man downfield were unworldly. Plus he beat the Beavs twice, once as an Eagle, and once as a Duck

Can QB Development Improve Under Dillingham?
Yes we do disagree I could point out many big games where Helfs game plans not only weren't great, but cost them the game IMHO. That's OK, and you certainly can't win them all. What is truly the most interesting to me is why did it go so bad when he was alone? At the time I honestly thought he'd be the best Oregon coach of all time. Nope
