I would love a blowout but UW has a good defense and Oregon O has not been amazing for whatever reason.

To be fair the offense takes every 3rd quarter off. So the offense has had about 2 games worth of byes due to not competing in the 3rd quarter. ,

I mean you look at places like Cameron Indoor for Duke basketball..those guys are loud and into it basically always. On the other hand, Oregon fans only get in a tizzy when it is a highly ranked team that Oregon aspires to be like. So very likely the sound will not be near the tOSU levels. That's just my opinion based on decades of attending/participating in Oregon sporting events

I quite enjoyed talking to tOSU fans in the days around the game. They were all enjoying visiting Oregon. I did say I hope our tiny stadium isn't too quiet for them.

As a former D1 runner I just cannot grasp the "Oh we're winning so let us relax a bit cuz we can't be beaten" mentality of the too cool-for-school guys. How about giving your best effort for yourself and your teammates with the bonus of destroying the other team? Especially considering how many fricken times these guys have had an opportunity to learn the lesson of never letting up. Don't they want to consume the flesh and soul of their opponent? God, it drives me crazy every single time. It would be like watching a really good middle-distance runner knowing he was probably going to win so he repeatedly coasted the last 100 meters. Well by doing that you will never come close to reaching your best and when the crucible comes you won't have forged your iron will enough to resist a mentally stronger opponent. I have watched so many Duck games over the years that I can tell within two plays when they have collectively let the foot off the pedal. Guess what boys..it isn't easy to regain momentum so never give it up until you are removed from the game.

I am confused how a forearm to the head isn't something to review. Also whenever a player does the shrug/who me after a play that is usually a good sign they did something weasley.

If you EVER again hint that UW winning is good then you must suspend yourself for a week.

I prefer the national media to not talk about Oregon when it put out a wet fart of an effort against Idaho. Let's see if Dan can figure out how to call 4th down plays correctly. Let's see if the NIL rich kids can play with heart to the level of lower quality opponents. Who knows. We shall know more after game 4.

3 avoidable losses are on Lanning so I don't know if they can be classified as good decisions in reality due to the results.

As the USA vs Serbia game showed the amazing level of talent is nice but actually playing cohesively as a team means a heckuva lot. Having both is rare and maybe this is the year it happens for us.
