So far this game is reminding me way too much of the Stanford game where we basically spotted them the first 20 minutes of the game.

Penix was a beast... injured and hurting and he performed like a total stud. As did Bo. Bo was, once again, his amazing self. And both guys seem like fine young men too.

If Coach Lanning and Brandon Staley are not long lost brothers, after what we saw today, I'd almost be shocked. Okay... I'm not exactly serious, but I wouldn't mind seeing a blood test. Charles - With all due respect, I would think that if you are going to publicly isolate one person to call out on the carpet, that it might be Coach Lanning -- who it seemed on multiple occasions was trying awfully hard to do his best Brandon Staley imitation. And yes, Cam pulled it right and it probably was all mental. Cam looked healthy, there was no wind, conditions appeared to be dry, the snap & hold were excellent. And he pulled it right. Crap happens. Sorry, but to publicly call him another Maldenado, is a bit over the top for me. If this conversation was you and me over a couple of beers, then fine. But this is a thread that I would not mind seeing deleted.

Thank you for the rational voice. There were so many places on the field where we lost that game. It always seems to be the last play that most remember though. But they still played one helluva an exciting game though... even though they about gave heart failure a couple of times.

We're Ducks so we're used to being led to the water, but not getting to drink. What a disappointment. Quite a game though.

Unfortunately, Lanning gambled about 3x too many today. What a shame.
