Heart in the Huntsman: Oregon Holds on to Beat Utah
Dana didn't even have N'Faly or Big Franck on the floor towards the end of the game. Eric Williams Jr. played more minutes than Dante and Kepnang combined.

WBB Oregon-Arizona: "Graves is a Bully, an Intimidating, Menacing Figure"
Yep, the last time the game was tied @ 6:56 in the second quarter. Ducks were outscored 45-30 over the remainder of the game. Wonder what is up with Sedona. Another disappearing act with 2 points, 0 rebounds, in 17 minutes.

Ducks Rock in Boulder: Oregon 66 -51
I recall those lost weekends in the Bay area when the Ducks couldn't buy a win at Cal or Stanford, until they broke through with a win(it might have been wins over both teams) and have been competitive ever since. Hopefully this win over Colorado in Boulder has broken this jinx!

Ducks come from behind, Crush Washington, 84-56
With Colorado on Tuesday and the Beavers on Saturday it was good for Dana to go deep into his bench against the Huskies with all 13 players seeing floor action!

Ducks come from behind, Crush Washington, 84-56
Was the crowd chanting "Let's go Huskies" because they were so inept? Sure sounded like it on the TV broadcast.

Arizona Site Points at Kelly Graves and Publishes Tweets That Raise Questions
If everybody (excluding players) is wearing a mask it would be very difficult to identify who specifically is hurling any trash talk. Twitter complainers = weak sauce.

What's the Draw for Entering the Transfer Portal?
How many of us would jump to a better opportunity at another job if there was a transfer portal in our life? Oh, wait a minute, there is. It's called "free agency". These athletes have discovered they can jump to a better perceived situation through the transfer portal if they so desire. Or maybe they can get a better offer from their existing employer? You would too?

Ducks Knock off the Trojans 79-69
And it looks like Dana has tightened the rotation as only 8 players saw the court against UCLA and USC. The same 8 guys!! Richardson, Harmon, Dante, Gurrier, and Young started both games with Soares, Kepnang, and Williams Jr coming off the bench.

Bill Walton Explains the "Tinder-Portal" Last Night
It has been my contention for many years that because Bill didn't talk much in his earlier years, due to his stutter, that he has all those words that he didn't use rolling around in his brain and they have and will continue to be used until depleted!

Ducks Beat the Bruins 84-81 in OT
What I found most impressive is that our Ducks didn't fold in overtime after letting UCLA tie the game at the end of regulation. COME ON! DANA SHOULD BE IN THE NCAA BASKETBALL COACHES HALL OF FAME! (Yes, I was shouting)

Ducks Beat Beavers in Corvallis as Late Three by Eric Williams Jr.
Yeah, I know everyone is watching Bama and Georgia in the NC. Ducks beat OSU in Corvallis in a game that went right down to the final shot. Leading 78-76 and Beavs with the ball and 8 seconds remaining, the barkrats get the ball to Alatishe uncontested at the front of the rim and he chokes a layup. Game shouldn't have been close as the Oregon men again can't make their free throws making only 8 of 18. They controlled the glass, out-rebounding OSU 39-29. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CORVALLIS, Ore. Eric Williams hit the go-ahead three pointer with 13.2 seconds left to lift the Ducks over the Beavers in Corvallis. How it Happened: The rivalry got off to a hot start, with both teams shooting over 50% in the first 10 minutes. The half saw seven ties and seven lead changes, with OSU taking control early. Some key stops and buckets from Eric Williams gave the Ducks a slight advantage. After playing for the last shot in the half, Will Richardson handed the ball off to Jacob Young for a wide open three-pointer that he hit as time expired, giving Oregon a 40-36 lead at the break. The Battle continued in the second half, with five more ties, but somehow the Ducks managed to never relinquish the lead. Williams Jr. scored nine points in the period to pace the Ducks offensively, while both he and N’Faly Dante finished with double-doubles for Oregon. The game was tied up with 38 seconds to play, after OSU executed a well-designed out of bounds play. The Ducks countered and got Williams an open look with 13 seconds left, and Williams connected for a three-point lead. Oregon intentionally fouled, made a couple free throws and defended well to escape with the victory. “Eric came to play and that gave us a big lift, he was the difference in the game tonight," said head coach Dana Altman. Who Stood Out: Jacob Young was the leading scorer after a strong first half, while Dante (12 points, 11 rebounds) and Williams Jr. (14 points, 11 rebounds) each recorded double-doubles. Up Next: Oregon heads to Los Angeles to face UCLA on Thursday and USC on Saturday.
