This is ugly. You leave out an undefeated team. I'm sorry, even with a back-up QB they are still undefeated. Now, not my decision, but I would have left Alabama out. Michigan, undefeated, Washington, undefeated, Florida State, Undefeated, Texas beat Alabama. Which just goes to show that had we won on Friday, both Washington and us would have been left out. Michigan, Alabama, Texas, Georgia. Hey Bo; play in the Bowl game; give us fans one last chance to thank you.

I just have this awful feeling that the best referees in the world, will either make this tough on our Ducks or even take it from them. Too bad we can't import neutral referees. I'm going to the game. Does anyone know if there are going to be any pregame festivities?

The best thing to come out of this is that I will have the chance to have been at the first PAC-12 Championship game, UCLA vs OBD, and I get to go to the last PAC-12 Championship game. It's really kind of sad.

This weekend should be a good indicator for our match-up with USC. Especially on the defensive side of the ball. If Colorado scores as many points a ASU did on the Trojans, they might be in trouble when we play. I'm sure that Riley will let Williams have his Heisman moment and play him until deep into the fourth quarter, but defensively they are going to be in trouble against us, think 2012.

While FSU and Clemson would be great, who is going to pay their ACC buyout? CAL is pretty much cannon fodder, at least OSU is respectable in many more sports. I doubt that FOX would let OSU in before CAL from a financial stand point. And lets face it, FOX is driving this bus.

First; let me apologize for writing this, I'm sure that Charles will flag this but I'm going to write it anyway. I believe that the defense that is being build is very close to what Lanning put together at Georgia and defense wins championships. I am also sorry the USC has decided to burst-out of the PAC-12 and run out to the Big 10, but you all know what they say about Trojans and pressure, and surely they can't handle the pressure. 🙂 Go Ducks.

Now flip Rushing and the future will look pretty bright for the defense. I very much like the addition of Mothudi. I believe that he has all the making of a tremendous LB either inside or outside. How about TE?

I have to agree with Duck Fan. Having coached on the other side of the line should be a nice advantage. I also like the fact that there are past players who are behind him. And his youth as far as recruiting should also be an advantage.

I was thinking today about the number of times that we have played USC since 2011 as opposed to the other Southern teams, as the PAC 12 was: Utah 8 Colorado 9 UCLA 7; 8 if you want to count the 2011 Championship game ASU 7 Arizona 9 USC 5 I'm just trying to figure out why we didn't play them this year, or many others. Oh well, we keep a clean slate and we beat them in the Championship game and maybe we play them next year before they run and hide from us forever.

I wonder if they are like my current freshmen who think that there the smartest. 🤨

Look at the crowds since 2011, how many times did we really need a bigger stadium? Nothing worse than playing in a stadium that's half full and not rocking. Right Bruins, Cardinals, Bears? You might be able to add 7,500 seats and still keep Autzen, Autzen; even in the Taggart of times. Besides, what else is there to do in Ohio this time of year? Beach, ocean, mountains?

Can you count #10 and #12 as PAC 12 teams since some think of them as Big 10 teams already?

Way better than the stats after week one. I just afraid that week one debacle is going to bite us somewhere.
