USC COULD Have Stopped Oregon from Joining the B1G...

Recommended Posts

...if they had a counting vote in the B1G, but they don't until 2024!

Poor Trojans!

From Fight On! to Dream On. Avoid things rather than face them is their new mantra?

Darn, news the spoiled children will have nightmares about for years!

I just wished we could have lost that dawg off our back before we left.

USC and UCLA did not have B1G voting status when the offer to Oregon and UW was approved by the B1G presidents.

And calmer heads at UCLA and SC realize that the 2 additions will help with travel concerns.

Should make the get together an annual thing. It should also make it that much easier for a cal recruit to come to Oregon. You can still play in Compton, you just don't have to live there!

And I think that probably played a significant role in Oregon's choice to jump right now.

My gut says that the powers at be for Oregon could have opted for the pay cut, remember Oregon's financials are different from mosts, to have an easier road to the playoff and if the moneu didnt materialize they make the jump to the B1G fir 2030.

But that may not be an option if USC has a vote against them. So now was the time.

USC wants to play dirty. Time to put them in the Aurzen terf come November!

The whining on various SC websites is pretty funny.  How dare the B1G allow two teams who can beat us into the conference?
