Friday is the day to go to get a close-up look without the crowd. Not saying don't go on Saturday too, if you're so inclined, but Friday you can go in early afternoon, and the crew will be there on and off.

OREGON ATHLETIC COMMUNICATIONS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE | SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2025

OREGON FOOTBALL | @OregonFootball

ESPN’s “College Gameday” returning to Eugene

EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon football team will play at the site of ESPN’s “College GameDay” pregame show for the second straight game when the Ducks host Indiana on Oct. 11.

Two weeks after the show was produced from the site of the Ducks’ double-overtime win at Penn State, “College GameDay” will make its 13th all-time appearance in Eugene when Oregon returns from its bye week and hosts the Hoosiers. The game will be televised by CBS, with kickoff scheduled for 12:30 p.m.

Oregon will play in a top-10 matchup against a fellow undefeated team for the second straight game as well. After knocking off the then-No. 3 Nittany Lions on the road, the No. 2 Ducks (5-0, 2-0 Big Ten) will host the No. 8 Hoosiers (5-0, 2-0) in Autzen Stadium. It will be the eighth all-time matchup of top-10 teams in Autzen, and the first since Oregon’s win in 2024 over Ohio State — also the last appearance for “College GameDay” in Eugene.

The Ducks are 20-13 all-time when playing in a game featured by “College GameDay,” including 9-3 at home. Oregon improved to 8-4 all-time on the road when “College GameDay” is on hand by beating Penn State on Sept. 27.

The set for “College GameDay” will again be situated on the Memorial Quad on the University of Oregon campus. More details on the production will be announced as they become available.

Would be awesome and a nice Oregon tribute if there were some Duck/Corso photo hug cardboard signs in the crowd.

Zoom in on the sign above the Oregon flag (NSFW)

I have to believe the Duckswire writer knew exactly what he was doing... And this is an epic troll of Neuweasel after he nearly broke down in tears on TV following UCLA's win over Penn State this weekend.

Well played.
