The football team needs to take some pointers from the basketball team. Those dudes know how to come out and get a big lead and hold it. Well at least through their first two games, but we will see what happens against BYU here next Tuesday.

The problem is that the other teams are making midgame adjustments and our team is not.  They wait until halftime.

I will always root for them and they are 8-1 somehow.  But, I am so sick of short passes going nowhere.  Defense it doing it usual thing.  If we lose, once again it will be due no no imagination on offense and no downfield passing threat.  Go ducks!!

AB is a game manager, but not a gamer.

Either our secondary is very average or DeRuyter's play calling makes them look average.  Which is it?  Both?

Just totally blew the momentum they had.  Had the gift to start the game and should have put the game away.  Bad fumble..  No passing attack.  Don't care how many he completes for 3 yards, that is a run!!

I think I've seen this before.  I sure hope we get our 2 point win!!

A two deep safety zone scheme leaves the hashes open.  We are sacrificing completions for big plays, but the red zone play is not quite there.

A bit of both, but they definitely aren't being put in a position to win.

They need to move up and play tight bump and run off the line of scrimmage and man them up. The zone is getting picked apart. Our pass defense is playing right into their strength. They are on par for over 400 yards of passing after that first half. 🤦‍♂️

Does anyone have confidence that we can execute the correct adjustments that need to be made?

When ESPN games run over the next game starts on ESPN News, as it did tonight.

We need this drive to happen.

hate to repeat myself..  but 1 yard passes are useless!

is defensive delay of game the new targeting?

dude just can't throw a deep pass...  oh well..  keep running then!!

We don’t need to win big, just the win.

I'd like to see Cardwell run North and South faster and truck the defender. He's not a great dancer. Maybe that will show up with more reps.

I have to admit as much as I've complained wanting to see the frosh qb's get some playing time AB is one tough dude, he runs over defenders instead of sliding and blocks like a tight end when he hands it off.  I can see why Cristobal likes him.

That was a close one.  He may have lost the ball before crossing the line.

The 4th qtr drama begins. Let's go Ducks!

We will win the 4th, but by how much?

I think he was in and it's not a fumble. I hope the reffs get this right

That call was BS

Hold them here -no harm done

Well, what I saw was a bunch of crappy commercials. ESPN can't afford cameras and the time to show us more than 3 angles?

Fumble.  No big deal.

Here’s where big boys take care of business.

don't anyone dare say anything positive till we're under 2 minutes... NO JINXING

Done.

well... or that

The refs hate Oregon.

Good win.

Next!

Win the day!!

Now if we could just get some long passes complete

It’s nice to see the offensive line opening huge holes fo our runners. If AB could only throw it this team could beat most teams in ncaa. MC is wearing these other teams down with that physicality late in games.

Hard on an an old man.

MC's strategy? Keep the game close(if necessary) and run the ball down their throats in the 2nd half.
