Log Haulin No. 3 Share Posted December 4, 2022 Would have like to see Buckeyes in the 4 slot. Heaven forbid we have a B1G NC game. Can't really argue it though. OSU loss was to #2 Michigan. I think those are the best 4 in CFB. Committee got it right imo.

EastBayDuckDad Moderator No. 5 Share Posted December 4, 2022 Fine with that. Glad TCU didn't get dinged too bad by the narrow B12 Championship game loss and especially glad that Saban's tired old 'Alabama deserves it because' shtick got shot down. I think a Georgia-Michigan final could be a doozy.
The Kamikaze Kid Moderator No. 6 Share Posted December 4, 2022 I don't really care who's in the final four but I do find it highly ironic that "every game is a playoff game" except conference championships. 1 1 1

Yup, and with this event every top 20 school in America just cleaned out their future schedules for any real competition. nw777b No. 17 Share Posted December 5, 2022 If the same logic (body of work) used to allow Ohio State and TCU in (neither conference champions) is applied to Georgia, then Georgia should be allowed to lose against Ohio State and still be declared the national champions. The Collect Football Paycheck is a farce.
