  2. will they use him? we completely wasted Kenyon Sadiq. I cant think of another Oregon player who we completely dropped the ball on like Sadiq since Ive been a fan which is 2007
  3. Top portal player for every ESPN preseason top 25 team. DT Gray at Notre Dame and RB Limar at UW make the list. It's black and white, not Gray, to me; I want Gray back! Safety Perich is OBD's top guy. ESPN.comBest college football transfer portal addition for top 25...A look at the incoming transfers who will have the biggest impact on the best teams in 2026.
  4. Oregon Looking to Flip Quarterback Recruit From the SECThe Oregon Ducks are targeting a quarterback in the 2027 recruiting class, but will need to flip him from a notable SEC team in order to secure a commitment. It's no secret that in this age of recruiting, a verbal commitment often means little, so the Ducks will certainly be doing their due diligence regardless of a player's commitment status. Oregon Ducks On SIOregon Looking to Flip Quarterback Recruit From the SECThe Oregon Ducks have retooled their roster for 2026 out of the transfer portal this offseason, and it appears the dust has settled in that regard. Oregon Ducks On SIJosh Pate Reveals True Opinion of Oregon Under Dan LanningThe offseason is in full swing as the college football calendar eventually turns towards spring practices and eventually spring games before the arrival of fall
  8. And if you really want to pile on, two of the teams (CSU and USU) ranked ahead of them also replaced their coaches the same week as Beavis…so they can’t even hang their hats on the new coach starting late in the cycle. I might start to feel sorry for them when this coach doesn’t work out like they thought.
  9. Columbus would’ve turned back if that’s all he found.
  10. Oh that is sad..... Says, something for sure, not sure what lol
  11. Could probably throw 2003 Igor Olshanski and Junior Siavii in there? Igor went 2nd round with the 3rd pick to San Diego and Junior 2nd round with the 4th pick to Kansas City. Haloti Ngata (1st/12th) had been set to start at one DT spot, before being lost for the season in the first quarter of game one. That I guess would technically be 3 top 36 NFL draft picks on the same front? Harmond (1st/21st), Burch (3rd/78th) and Caldwell (3rd/86th) also pretty good.
  12. I'm going to throw out another name... Aaron Flowers. . He was super active and in on every play. He also just hit opposing ball carriers really hard.

  14. It's sad to hear of the passing of one of the pillars of this forum. I loved his commentary and perspectives. I'll miss them and him. RIP 30.
  15. Excellent picks, David! Jamari Johnson and Evan Stewart are pretty obvious candidates for stand-out seasons. Both of those guys have already shown game-breaking skillsets. I'm excited to see them both, and our other stellar receivers rack up big yards and tons of TD's this coming season.

  19. I was unaware of the PAC-12 recruiting rankings so I looked it up. Here are the results: The rankings are identical with the exception of San Diego St. and Texas St. 247 Sports Boise St Colorado St. Fresno St. San Diego St. Texas St. Utah St. OSU WSU ON3/Rivals 1. Boise St. 2. Colorado St. 3. Fresno St. 4. Texas St. 5. San Diego St. 6. Utah St. 7. OSU 8. WSU
  20. There was Armstead and Buckner in 2015, when they disappeared against OSU2 in the title game.
  21. Perhaps Hyloti Nyata & Devon Long on the 2004 roster come close, but I think/hope the 2026 d-line is going to be more dominant!
  22. Thanks, David. A lot of talent on the 2026 roster. I'd add the already-impactful DL players A'Mauri Washington and Bear Alexander. When, if ever, has OBD had two potential All-Americans on the interior of the D-line?
  23. Let's not forget Evan Stewart. Having missed the entire season in 2025 because of injury, he will officially be playing his "sophomore" season with OBD. With the plethora of talent we'll have in the receiving and tight end corp, I think ES is going thrive on blown coverages and missed assignments!
  24. Yeah Finney is going to be huge next year. He'd count for sure. I also left off Dante and Dakorian. So much of this roster is young first year starters who are going to have big impacts next year.
  25. Yeah I had him on my list and I would count him. He is going to play a big part of this offense next year.
