Not necessarily a game changer but a step in the right direction assuming he is healthy. If he's really that good in both rush defense AND pass coverage then DL needs 3 of him...in that scenario that's a game changer.

This one is painful. He was really good this past season and getting regular playing time.

The silver lining of DL using primarily the same guys as last season is that he's now able to see where the deficiencies are, particularly on defense. Then he can address them for the most part through the portal.

Mike Leach has a well known habit of publicly throwing his players under the bus. In his case, I don't mind players publicly calling him out. In fact I would encourage it.

As I've mentioned in the past, my feelings about NIL were on the fence at the beginning. As time goes on, I'm liking it less and less and now of the mind that it's ruining college football.

Kinda makes sense...lower tier schools like Colorado need to pay up more to attract talent. That being said, DL will probably get an extension and a raise by the end of year 2, particularly if the team shows improvement (especially on defense).

If Nix doesn’t come back then that puts the focus on getting an OC with an excellent track record of developing QBs. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see Dante Moore beat out TT for QB1 next season so development is key.

They lost by only 3 points to a top 10 team, I feel like they should drop to #4.

A motivated Utah team is extremely dangerous as we all know well....even more so with a Swiss cheese defense like USC's.

With a healthy Nix, a matchup with USC would have been a really fun shoot out (unless of course DL were to rally the defense like it did with Utah). In that scenario, I like Oregon's odds to win by at least a TD.
