Here is Seattle Times Article on Huskies 1 Recruit Class
Hilarious how some commenters keep comparing UW with Alabama. As if UW has had a long and storied history of pulling large groups of 5* players year after year. 🤣😂😆

Huskies React to Having Only ONE Verbal Left...
SMU interest in the Dallas market should pick up significantly when they join the Pac12. Having teams like Oregon visiting regularly should pack their stadium easily as well.

Oregon is Warm on SIX 5-Star Recruits: Can They Get Hot?
I don't think it's unreasonable to expect two. Baker and Rushing are the most realistic chances to grab. That's a really good day IMO. Getting a third would be a fantastic day (maybe Williams?). Overall, my gut tells me Oregon will finish with a 2024 recruiting class ranked somewhere between 6-9.

QUAAACK! 4-Star Kingston Lopa Commits to Oregon over Washington!
He is a Rivals 3-Star, but is a player coveted by both Washington and Oregon. “I love it here,” Lopa said. “Everything is all family here and that’s a big part of me , family and the connections you get here. I’m coming to win.” 4-star safety Kingston Lopa spurns the Dawgs and commits to Oregon DUCKSWIRE.USATODAY.COM Oregon’s gain is Washington’s loss as four-star safety Kingston Lopa commits to the Ducks via Twitter this Sunday morning.

Landon Bell the Second Prospect this Week to Open up their Recruitment after Committing to Washington
When DeBoer was hired, I was pretty surprised. I knew he was a great X's and O's coach but his career is littered with stops at smaller schools at the FCS and Group of Five level, which means he doesn't have any great recruiting connections. It's painfully showing right now.

Canzano Suggests That UCLA May Return to the Pac-12?
Definitely the case where a lot of UCLA fans and alumini did not like this move. Bill Walton certainly was against it. It'd be great to see UCLA come back with its tail between its legs. That being said, I'm sure Chip Kelly would prefer to compete in the Pac12 than the Big10 any day. https://www.si.com/college/cal/news/bill-walton-condemns-ucla-move

QUAAACK! 3-Star Instate IOL Devin Brooks Joins the Flock
Really like this pickup. Local kid with college ready size. I can see him redshirting his 1st year, play into the rotation 2nd year, then start in his 3rd year.

Five Items to Know About Oregon's Opponent, Oral Roberts
Every time I see the name Oral Roberts I think it's a dental school lol

Bye Bye CFP for USC in 2024 as Schedule of Games Released
Trying to...muster a shred...of sympath-nope not happening. USC is not at the level of Michigan and tOSU, more like Penn St or Wisconsin. That means they will be a perennial 2nd tier team in the B10 with at least 2 conference losses each season.

Oregon Boasts PFF's 2 Highest Ranking Returning OL Members
https://www.si.com/college/oregon/football/ducks-boast-pffs-highest-graded-returning-offensive-linemen-in-pac-12 Ajani Cornelius and Jackson Powers-Johnson lead the way in the rankings. OL turnover, particularly at the center position is always a point of trepidation for me (especially losing a good one like Alex Forsyth). But it sounds like we should be that the OL should be pretty stable and pick up where they left off last season.

Canzano: Pac-12 Teams Agree on "Grant of Rights"
Sounds like herding a bunch of crazy cats 😛

Unbelievable Interview with Oregon OL coach A'Lique Terry
Loved reading this article. It makes you wonder if Lanning is slowly building a staff of both quality and longevity similar to the golden Oregon past of the Mike Bellioti years and before with coaches staying for a decade or more.

Kenny Dillingham Interview: Expects Top-Five Offense
Ah in that case it's a hard no lol

Kenny Dillingham Interview: Expects Top-Five Offense
It wouldn't be a surprise if he were to manage a top 5 pac12 offense this upcoming season given the amount of roster turnover he's orchestrated so far. That being said, he doesn't have anywhere near the talent he walked into here at Oregon so it also wouldn't be surprising if it didn't happen the first season or two. A lot of things have to fall into place and that's tough to do even under the best circumstances, let alone ASU which his predecessor left in a dumpster fire.

Vaunted BiG-10 Media Deal Not Finalized? Uuuuuuuh....
The media deal was supposed to go into effect on July 1st. Wow.

Vaunted BiG-10 Media Deal Not Finalized? Uuuuuuuh....
First reported by Pete Thamel at ESPN but I like Josh Pate's take on it.

Who Do YOU Play at Garbage Time? Austin Novosad or Ty Thompson?
I give TT 2 games of garbage time this season. If he doesn't show us anything like last season it's time to move on. He's honestly had all the time in the world to show some kind of improvement.

Big surprise, it's past mid-day Wednesday and no "huge announcement".

FishDuck Take: Oregon Spring Game Concerns and Confidence
I'd argue the level of competition is higher in Michigan than in Arizona.

FishDuck Take: Oregon Spring Game Concerns and Confidence
Losing Dante Moore at the last minute really hurt. IMO he's the most college-ready QB in the 2023 class...a 4 year high school starter and 2 state championships. You don't earn that spot based on potential, he has the goods and it shows.

QUAACK! Luke Moga, 3-Star Quarterback, Commits to Oregon Ducks
This is surprising after he previously postponed his announcement. I wonder if this means Michael Van Buren is going elsewhere?

What Oregon Spends on Football Recruiting Compared to Other Big-Time Teams
Seems like Ohio State is getting the most bang for their buck at the moment.
