Kalen just won coach of the year....and could very well win a national Championship. Im a Duck to the Bone but I always admired his coaching and how he got a lot from his players.

Ive looked at a few mock drafts and they dont have Bo as a first rounder. Im thinking he will go late first round. or early second? I'd Like to see him go to Seattle or Vikings.... Where do you think he will go and do you have a hopeful destination?

Watched Daniels receive the Heisman and started pondering about D Dixon some. Their games seem similar as dual threats with quickness.

Not sure about that Daniels won big, even over Penix.

I think Ty will have great success wherever he ends up. He just didn't get the reps needed at UO.

I could see him going to a school like Baylor or TT. Maybe even WA.

I enjoyed the season and was pleased to see our overall d improve. However, passing d needs to improve much more if we are to be legit contenders from year to year.

Our secondary needs to improve if we want to be contenders. All the talk was bout how bad WA secondary was but they outplayed ours.

This game will come down to how well our Safeties and DBs play. Penix will get the ball out quicker on slants and screens. We must keep him from too many play action passes. They count on so many PIs each game and they will try to sucker our guys into PIs. We must keep penalties down and get the running game rolling too.

I would guess the fuskie fans are feeling worse....but wait till we beat them and knock them out so we can take their place in CFP.

Well, I think anyone that watched that game thought Oregon beat themselves, thus the national consensus. The overall stats for that game favor Oregon.

If Oregon Takes care of business in Vegas we will get the nod over a 1 loss OSU. Conference Champ, the whole nation saw how we lost to WA and outplayed them, and we've been pretty consistent and the big thing is they know we have a defense now.

Why would any highly ranked QB recruit want to come to Oregon when we always use the portal for a seasoned qb? At some point we need to develop a qb for a junior senior year starting job. Much like was done in the past. I remember Dixon behind Clemens and he was lightning quick but struggled with the offense as a back up. I look at TT kind of the same way and do expect him to take a huge leap when he gets to play with first string O line, backs & receivers.

I think we end up beating the Beavs and Dawgs and hopefully in convincing fashion. I think as of now our SOS hurts us unless we roll big time.

And the eye test will be a big factor. We have to throw the ball at 300 plus with 150 rushing imo. If we can get a couple sacks and 2 interceptions, thats helps. We will need to score at least 38 and how them under 24.

My guess, It will be Urban Meyer..... Knows how to coach college ball and deal with big time recruits and boosters. He's been at Utah, Florida & OSU and won big time.....why wouldn't they go with a guy with a proven record at the collegiate level.

It's hard to know if there is something else that he was so emotional about that may have involved his mother? As a coach for many years Ive seen kids carry burdens that nobody knew about, it affects them in some way.

Im a duck to the bone, but honestly I think Texas has the best win of the 1 loss teams. Hands down. If Oregon wins out and beats the mutts, badly. Thats could put us in over Texas.
