  1. Does anyone know if this game will be made up? I heard a "rumor" that if the two schools can't agree on a makeup date, in the relative near future, that the game this fall will be done at a neutral site. If a "neutral" site is chosen I hope Las Vegas would be the the best place chosen. As much as I like Dallas, I am not a fan of "Cowboys" stadium and that always seems to be the stadium chosen for "neutral" site games like Oregon v. Auburn. On a side note, for a stadium that holds 120K people tOSU is only giving UofO 5K tickets. I know I won't be one of those lucky 5K but I would definitely buy tickets to see the game!
  2. I read that article this morning. It's pretty amazing how well he's doing with his limited minutes. Oregon fans have a reason to be proud with Brooks, Boucher, and Pritchard.
  3. I think we all can agree that going further in the draft is the best thing for Herbert or any young QB. You get to a team that doesn't necessarily need the QB to be ready to play and usually has some O line and D to ensure the QB doesn't get hammered into an injury mired career. Herbert's success does appear to prove that Oregon doesn't coach up players. The greats have that drive/ability and the rest are just good/average team players. I hope to see Herbert (and Mariota) play for as long as he's able. Good guys are not always featured in sports so I try to root for them as much as possible.
  4. Those are the two I told my friends about! JTT will be MONSTROUS get!! AD will definitely be an awesome addition.
  5. I guess dad is OK with the commit as long as it wasn't tOSU...🤣
  6. I would take Dixon and Masoli. Dixon could have won the Heisman if it weren't for the ligament tear. The Ducks were on a tear and no one in the nation could see where the ball was when he was "handing" it off. He was adept at keeping TV cameras, announcers, and the entire other team trying to figure out if he was going to hand-off, pass, or run. You would here "PASS!" as the running back was running down the sideline with the ball or "RUN!" as a receiver was getting open for a pass. I would call him The Magician. Masoli, on the other hand wasn't about being tricky. He had speed, toughness, and surprisingly a pretty good arm. He could run over any of the DBs the Fuskies could field or throw right over them.
  7. I was only able to watch the first set. The women looked pretty darn good. I believe it was #17 Borup who looked massive in the center. She had a few good digs and a really nice kill from the back.
  8. Track town USA! The team is good every year.
  9. Weren't there questions earlier about why LJF and CD were at the games even though they were masked up? Stay home when you're sick. It's the right thing to do.
  10. That kid will do us all proud!
  11. Just saw her at the end of Q3. She isn't dressed but she's there. No reports on an injury or anything else.
  12. Never mind, I think that is Kylee
  13. I thought I saw her sitting on the seat next to Sabally.
  14. I would love to see Mariota with the Patriots. I actually thought the Pats should have picked him up when he was a backup at Tennessee. I think he would have done better than supersham.
  15. I think SpongeBob and Patrick would do a better job of marketing!
  16. My QB was William Musgrave. But I have liked quite a few of them along the way.
  17. Dennis Dixon, is the all time greatest (imo) QB to play RPO football. I remember all the times the TV cameras were following the wrong player while the ball was streaking down the field with another player.
  18. He does but he just doesn't have the size. Small backs don't last, imo.
  19. Probably why his pay raise and contract extension. Can't lose him to another higher bidder!
  20. Too true! He turn the Zags into a winning program. Came here and in two years with his recruitment of Sabrina and Ruthie made this a machine.
  21. I would like a coach to teach these young men vision! If you see a hole take it--don't just run the play called blindly. Cyrus in the pistol on third or fourth and short...No team in the country knows what the call is there... Watching the top teams play you see that the backs actually look for a hole or bounce off and run. Our guys just seem to follow the play as called even when there is no hole and lose yards. To quote one of my favorite movies of the 80s "Go that way, really fast! And if something gets in your way, turn."
  22. Was this Omoruyi? Coach said he wasn't feeling right on the trip to Colorado and Utah.
