I was happy from the beginning of the move because of Oregon being a national brand and needed more of the exposure that the Pac directors weren't willing/able to give. As far as tradition goes, I could care less about any of the other schools. Since I work with SO many Beavis and their attitudes are all the same. "We deserve the money" since you left the conference! Both Beavis and Butthead fans all think that Oregon should have taken them along to the B1G because "it's only right." It's amazing how the move and Lanning and staff has already changed everyone's view of OBD and we haven't even started playing yet! Bring on the B1G show!!

I am going to have to root more for JH...He's a true Oregon kid...went to the team he wanted to play for as a kid.

I used to not wish ill on them but with their fans decrying how OBD should have helped their school find a home. Then stealing all the monies from the departing schools and telling everyone it's the least the departing schools can do. The best that they will do is continue to be mediocre in the mountain west or completely go bankrupt with their mismanagement of funds. Either way. I won't be rooting for or purchasing anything with their logo on it even if OBD logo is on it too.

I enjoyed reading some of my complaints also. I do believe for that the removal of TT from the schedule this year to add the Beavis game was garbage but there were a LOT of fans that decried "tradition" because the game was removed--I was NOT one of them. We may have people in this forum that like having the game? The robbing of the entire Pac12 monies has been the reason why I would never schedule any game with the Beavis or Fougs. They don't need any national attention brought by any team with a footprint in football or basketball. They can have the baseball and gymnastic spotlight. Anyone that believes they "deserve" the monies need to examine how they invested their share of the Pac monies the last few decades. You reap what you sew...or steal it like a common meth addict--we have many examples of those the PNW.

The LA schools are where coaches go to become irrelevant or alcoholics...

But now they whined that Oregon didn't take them along, it's a tradition, Oregon should have been more considerate of the other members...we'll show you--we'll take all the money you earned this year and bowl money the next two years and flip you the bird!

Which means that the 10 schools, if they play in bowls, will make money for two schools...oh joy...
