Deal With It: Epic Oregon-USC Battles Ahead
From an egalitarian point of view, I understand what you're saying. But while i agree it should be used in practices, I don't see every QB knowing they are playing in each game, working out, and practically speaking would be damaging to the offense I believe,

Deal With It: Epic Oregon-USC Battles Ahead
This is what CFB is now. It used to be football, back in the day. But now football is an entertainment spectacle. SNF, Sunday Night Football on NBC has been the most watched "program" for several years now. The Invitational is the Season Finale, each week's reveal is "Must- See TV. As long as Oregon is in the Pac-12, I believe that what is better for the Pac-12 is better for Oregon. Getting Lanning from Georgia was a great response to USC getting Riley. Oregon and USC have had epic battles the last 10-15 years now. It is a rivalry in the true sense of the word, not the 15-2 beatdown with that other school.

Will PAC-12 QB Play Improve in 2022?
So far, it hasn't mattered who the QB at WSU has been, they put up great numbers, De Laura is really good, and if Arizona can continue to improve like it has, they will be a player in the South pretty soon. Cal? Jake Plummer 1 was really good at ASU 24 years ago, not so sure about 2.0. Stanford? Agree with your analysis. Surprised to see such slim pickings at Oregon State, and Colorado. At Washington, it's "sit down Huard" Theoretically, the Huskies can beat the Spartans.

Proven coordinators Josh Gattis, Kevin Steele Believe in the Vision and Leadership of Mario Cristobal
It really looks like the amalgamation of Mario and Miami is creating a glare. Diaz was doing fine, but Mario played at The U. The Miami fans didn't watch Oregon, were too immersed in one of their heroes coming back to even notice the games against Utah. Miami fans right now are convinced that Cristobal will have as much success as Saban would if he'd taken the job.

Weak OL? USC Doesn't Think it's a Problem
The QB is the most important player on a football team. But only if the OL lets him play. Same thing with the stud RB who needs the OL to open the holes. Having a "weak" OL to any degree will be problematic for the Trojans. Burrow was effective at making broken plays work, but eventually, it's too much to overcome. Sacks are a real problem. Not only field position wise, but no matter how cool a QB is, frustration with the OL is inevitable.

Weak OL? USC Doesn't Think it's a Problem
This article USC's Question Marks on 2022 Offensive Line might be Oversold by some Analysts is definitely written from a USC perspective and assisted by an excerpt from a Ducks Wire article. But before USC dismisses the importance of an OL, they need to talk to the Cincinnati Bengals.
