Is that Ruiz, Mario's shirttail relative who is supposedly trying to steamroll a new stadium into Coral Gables??
-
That may be the only reason I would welcome Kiffikins.

Hopefully, it's addition by subtraction. Wonder if it has to do with the HC Mullens is looking hard at? -
A big part of Rad's program dealt with flexibility... He was also known for his post football conditioning program to help ex athletes get their bodies adjusted for life AFTER sports... Weight loss, conditioning, nutrition management. Several players, especially former linemen, benefitted significantly from Radcliffe's guidance.

So you're saying, "There's a chance?" Ruiz sounds like a prototypical Miami booster...

The depressing thing about Frei's tenure, is who he had as assistant coaches... Frei resigned when the AD insisted he terminate his assistant coaches! Frei's final staff included a few decent names: John Robinson, George Seifert, Gunther Cunningham, John Marshall, and Bruce Snyder, all of whom went on to relatively successful NCAA D-1 and/or NFL careers.

Grammar police alert! Ahhh, never mind! I really think Tedford would be the wrong choice. I agree that Aranda and Campbell , and possibly Kilani Sitake would be better choices. For me, Wilcox is a non-starter.

Funny thing, Hayward... That booster, a $20+ billionaire, happens to be related to Cristobal by marriage...

I'm not surprised that Oregon has a fair number of LDS players. The likelihood of any team with Poly players, especially Pacific Islanders, having an infusion of LDS players, is strong, to say the least. Oregon has embraced that fact and welcomed their skills into the flock for a long time. I don't have a long list of names to go by, but it is no secret that some of Oregon's biggest contributor's have been members. Haloti Ngata and Brandon Bair come to mind. Many on the current roster are also members. Under Mario Cristobal, Logan Sagapolou returned from his mission to become a Duck. Others have chosen to forgo their mission, in pursuit of their football and/or college careers. -

The U is apparently getting a new stadium, from a shirt tail relative of Mario... Everyone can use a multi billionaire in the wings. -
The thing with the emergency surgery is it could have been as simple as an appendectomy or something far more serious, such as needing a sent put in to remove the threat of an obstructed artery... My dad had a catheter oblation for ventricular tachycardia at the age of 65+. His recovery waas similar to JM's.

Mario sticking with Oregon would make moderate waves in the college football landscape, but major positive shock waves at the University of Oregon. Seeing pundits with egg on their collective faces? PRICELESS! -

I think this game is more akin to Rocky IV... Massive comeback in a lesser venue, but with big connotations for the future. -
I personnally thought the tsunami schtick was sorta funny, in an over the top way...

Hyperbole much? From TrojansWire (I know, a homer site for Spoiled Children):https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/ncaafb ... ar-AAReHfp"USC is a new creation, a fully restored and healed entity. Sickness and suffering have given way to health and vitality. Anger and misery have been turned into euphoria and runaway optimism.""Sunday, November 28, 2021 — the day of Riley’s hire — is not yet over. Already, the seismic shift in recruiting caused by this one move is being seen and felt in Oklahoma and Los Angeles. This earthquake is causing a tsunami.""USC is riding the wave. Oklahoma is being battered by it."I guess the new incarnation of Football Jesus has arrived in LA...

Could USC be on the cusp of seeing 2023 5* California QB Malachi Nelson commit? "I want to start by thanking all the coaches and staff at OU for seeing enough in me and recruiting me to be a part of Sooner nation," Nelson said in the announcement on Twitter. "One of the things that attracted me most to OU, other than the rich history and amazing fans, was the stability in the coaching staff and their ability to develop the QB position." Five-Star Quarterback Decommits From Oklahoma After Lincoln Riley Move (msn.com) "In light of recent events and changes, my family and I believe it's best if I de-commit from OU at this time."

Only if it actually were a possibility! Fuskies be a desperate bunch, sometimes!

Or, as Sylvester and Daffy might quip, "Thilly Theathon?" (with extra spit thrown in...) Let's not get hasty pulling the trigger!
