  1. Hello My OBD FishDuck Forum Friends! What is your prediction versus Colorado? Take your shot and let's have fun with it... Lets get these predictions started, and remember I look for the differential between your predicted points with both teams from the actual points. I will use the tiebreaker information when needed, so provide all the data below! Entries without all the information are invalid, and predictions on other threads don't count as I am not going to hunt them all down. I am no longer going to PM three or four people who don't read directions each week. Please follow directions, as I need all that is below for tiebreakers: --the winner --the score --the amount of turnovers Oregon creates --the number of sacks Oregon records on the opposing team --the number of passing yards by the Ducks. My prediction is: Oregon 55-20, 3, 3, 323
  2. As I checked the photos from week to week by our photographers....what Lanning wears on the sideline changes.
  3. L0hunter....you are new and I like your posts already. Do keep sharing your thoughts and WELCOME!
  4. Coach--fantastic as usual and you make it so easy to learn!
  5. Lame article. He states the obvious...."UCLA vs USC is a big game....as is Oregon vs. Utah." It is amazing what people get paid for writing crap...
  6. Marcus Mariota was 6’3”. Akili Smith was 6’3”… How tall was Vernon Adams?
  7. A 35,000 capacity stadium? Geez, do we need another Reser or Martin stadium? (This is part tongue-in-cheek) Just not very enthusiastic about it...
  8. Great stuff David, and it sure ties into the "shortening the game" element I discussed, but also is a part of the "efficient offense." We are seeing some high-caliber coaching at Oregon!
  9. Beavers win 37-24 Beauty or Beast?
  10. Dufur! You go way back to commenting under FishDuck articles...WELCOME!
  11. EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon baseball team will play 55 regular-season games in 2023, highlighted by 35 home games at PK Park. “We are very excited about our 2023 schedule,” head coach Mark Wasikowski said. “Featuring the 2023 University of Oregon team at PK Park 35 times including against traditional conference champions and high-RBI schools will give fans a tremendous opportunity to see the best college baseball team in person here in Eugene. Every week of our spring season will have at least one home contest. We really like our 2023 Duck baseball team and are looking forward to playing against the nation’s best here at PK Park.” The Ducks open the season in Eugene on Friday, Feb. 17, with a four-game series against Xavier before embarking on a four-game road trip at UC Santa Barbara, the defending Big West Conference champions. After the UCSB series, Oregon returns to PK Park for eight of its next nine games, including its Pac-12 opening series against UCLA (March 10-12). The Ducks also host West Coast Conference power San Diego in a four-game series during the homestand (March 2-5). In all, Oregon will host eight weekend series with five of them featuring Pac-12 Conference opponents. In addition to UCLA, UO hosts Oregon State (April 6-8), Stanford (April 14-16), Arizona State (April 28-30) and Washington (May 12-14) in conference play. The Ducks other weekend home series is a four-game nonconference matchup with Northwestern State (March 24-26). Oregon’s home schedule also includes six midweek games, including a pair against defending West Coast Conference champion Gonzaga (March 26-27) and Utah Tech (May 9-10). The Ducks play single home games vs. Niagara (March 15) and Portland (April 4). In addition to the UCSB series, Oregon will play five Pac-12 Conference series on the road. The Ducks visit Washington State (March 17-19), Arizona (March 31-April 2), California (April 21-23), USC (May 5-7) and Utah (May 18-20). UO also has single midweek road games at Portland (March 14) and at Oregon State (May 2). Season tickets for the 2023 season are currently on sale and can be purchased at https://am.ticketmaster.com/oregonducks/buy. Oregon Schedule Highlights 55 game schedule featuring 35 home games 23 games vs. teams that advanced to the 2022 NCAA Tournament including 15 at PK Park Four home weekend series against NCAA Tournament teams (San Diego, UCLA, Oregon State, Stanford) and a two-game home midweek series vs. a NCAA Regional qualifier (Gonzaga) Five home Pac-12 Conference series (UCLA, Oregon State, Stanford, Arizona State, Washington) 44 games against teams that finished the 2022 season with a winning record At least one home game every week of the season
  12. Absolutely. This is the only place where you can state something "out-there," and people still have to be nice to you!
  13. Ducks only have a 13% chance of winning the rest of our schedule and the Pac-12 Championship? (Article above) I would like to think our odds are higher than that!
  14. Somebody should help Bill with punctuation....other than that it is great, and I'm glad for his passion. For a minute he did not divert into books read, trips taken, or insulting Dave--so that is a good thing too. Ronnie Lee over Bill Walton (thanks to 30Duck for the photo!)
  15. Oregon has been in the Red Zone 46 times, and scored on 40 of them (only seven field goals) for an 87% percentage of total conversion. That doesn't suck...
  16. Fantastic research Drex, and it makes us feel that what seems to be true by the eyeball test is true from the stats. Thanks so much...
  17. Really good point. We have something special going...let's not let one malcontent change the vibe....
  18. Since Seven is no longer on the team, the restrictions about not going personal on a current player or coach no longer applies. But my friends...we have no idea what the truth is. While I will allow the comments, it makes me flinch.
  19. Abbie was such a good sport about letting us dress her up....
  20. I appreciate your kind thoughts, but I spent 10 hours yesterday working on FishDuck related duties and have no time for that... The easy answer we have all read often is that Bo did not have the offensive line, and the weapons at the skill players that he has at Oregon this year. I would also suggest that he did not have the explosive scheme at Auburn that he has at Oregon. Not to mention how the offense is designed around his skills.
  21. Nobody disputes that, and the article was not about that at all. Just saying.
  22. Really great to see that, as the Oregon Brand is BACK BABY!
