Absolutely. I had posted the same point earlier. I was yelling at the TV "Challenge it! Challenge it!" And the overhead camera clearly showed the Utah runner was about a half-yard short, and the commentators noticed it as well. I was fully expecting the next (to be 1st down) play to be stopped for the previous play review . . . I was stunned.

I was astonished at what I saw in the first half. That was the worst-played Ducks game I can ever remember. AND I AM NOT BLAMING THE TEAM FOR IT. I know better. They were set up for failure.

At least we all found out the TRUTH tonight. Over the winter maybe the AD will have a heart-to-heart talk with MC and get him re-directed/re-coerced. Otherwise, what is the point in having the world's greatest fruit-picker continue to let all that ripe fruit rot in the basket?

Definitely agree on Taggart. Frankly, as soon as he opened his mouth at his first press interview, I knew Oregon had hired a dud, and wondered how he had ever gotten through the interview . . .

Well, one could look at it this way. We ALWAYS knew the LOYALTY TEST was coming sooner or later. Best that it is sooner. IS MC a REAL DUCK or just another imposter? Is he willing to listen to the criticisms instead of deflecting them, admit his mistakes, learn, improve, and work harder to be a better coach for our team - or not?
