  1. Not to mention his dear old Grand dad, friend Johnny with brothers black and red ...
  2. Well, he did get his original $75K back. But, he must have inherited his money as no one who earns $75K would leverage it to make a $300 profit.
  3. A 'Bama fan bet $75K to win $300 !!!
  4. Botiful article Darren. Thanks, and welcome back.
  5. MSN WWW.MSN.COM Based upon his comments for 12+ months on the "pending' media deal, his track record doesn't bode well. Hopefully, this is his blind squirrel moment.
  6. No team has ever gone 9-0 in conference. Why not us? Let's go for bookends. We won the first Pac 12 CShip in 2011 and now the last. I agree with Charles on the first 12 games. For the year, 13 - 1, loss in semi at CFP. Go Ducks!
  7. I whole heartedly agree. If he starts to turn things around, a bigger fish will come in and take him away and even with dimmished speed at his age, the door will not hit him!
  8. Oh, and plucked from ewe dub's backyard.
  9. MSN WWW.MSN.COM I'm not worried about their bulletin board.
  10. 1) Where do you think they’ll finish the season? The same as the first season of the Pac 12, WINNERS! 2) What are Nix’s real odds of winning the Heisman? Gotta go with Dumb and Dumber here. 3) Becoming a first-round pick in the NFL Draft? See No. 2 above. 4) Do you see this defense stepping up their game? Hell yes. 5) Or, be a middling group in the last season of PAC-12 football? Hell no. Alex, thanks for asking.
  11. It is said "If you have two QBs, you don't have any". What happens if you have 3, then do you have -2 with a portal?
  12. Please just add "Bummer" to all of these posts and save me the keystrokes.
  13. Ignorance is bliss . . . for us!
  14. How about 4/5's of their Natty and the refs the other 1/5?
  15. Jaden Rashada plays, Dante Moore sits. I wonder how that will go over in Westwood? Plus, ucla misses us and ewe dub, so absent injury, Garbers may not have to look over his shoulder.
  16. Josh, I whole heartly agree with 1 and 3. I hadn't thought about 2 until your article. I think a big key to 2 is an improved D that isn't a 3rd down nightmare, which I think we now have, so I'll also agree with you on this one also. It's good to know that at this point in the season we're undefeated. Hopefully that lasts through week 7/8 and beyond.
  17. I think that has been released. And, previously it was limited to U of O stores, not the state.
  18. With a TD on a fumble where DBs got caught looking in the backfield (which I can't blame them) and KO return. How many TOs did sc force, a lot less than last year's average.
  19. 13 - 1, losing a semi-final. Too old to calculate the rest of the stats.
  20. Definition of small mindedness = Dwight James "I was a Heisman voter until a year or two ago and I must say, Oregon's whole billboard thing is obviously just a silly stunt with no impact... It used to feel as if the Ducks were cutting edge. Big waste of money." If you as a former journalist (loosest use of the term) to not think this type of publicity is: 1) good 2) even if bad = good 3) not cutting edge (just like our uniforms and helmets for the last couple of decades) so I guess he only watches ohio state, michigan and penn state games then we are glad you no longer vote. But thanks for your credibility informing us that don't even know when you stopped voting for the Heisman.
