  1. This team looks a lot different when Etute is not in the game. Good to see Fiso dishing out more assists. Jacobs is the "glue" player. Bell and Long are solid players and the bench is pretty reliable. Etute is a sneaky-good athlete. These ladies are worth watching.
  2. If Dan Lanning has been honest, and I believe he has, Dante will have to earn his position as the starting QB once again. I don't see who would beat him out, but I sure wouldn't have predicted Brock Thomas as the #2, either.
  3. I was impressed with Harris' effort with one foot out the door. A true display of the type of character you hope to have in your teammates.
  4. The performances of some of the freshmen in this game give me hope for the future. I just hope the incoming coordinators can exceed the ones they're replacing.
  5. Went from amber ale to scotch whiskey before the end of the third quarter. This game reminded me of the 80's. But here they are in the semis. That is a huge improvement. I was impressed with the effort from Jay Harris. Indiana looks like a juggernaut, and here's hoping the steamroll Miami like they did Oregon. You can't feel too bad about losing to the #1 team in the country, just wish we could have been a little more competitive. It was a great season for a pretty young team. Congrats, and on to next season.

  7. Oregon 35-27 2 tos 2 sacks 280 yds passing
  8. I could hardly believe my eyes when they tied the game. They looked like a different team after the third quarter. They should show up in the top 25 after this game.
  9. I'm a little surprised TT out rushed the Ducks by 14 yds. 50 of those yds. on one play tho. Both teams did a good job of shutting down running plays. Dante Moore was the difference maker in this game, getting OBD in position to put points on the board. TT's offense had nothing. ,
  10. Both defenses played pretty well, OBD's offense was too much for TT. Loved the fake punt call. Too bad the Ducks could seem to find the end zone. Credit to the TT D.

  13. Mendoza is an assassin.
  14. Lanning showed you can still win a natty with one foot out the door so to speak. Not sayin' Will Stein is Dan Lanning, but I'd rather keep the continuity through the playoffs than go with someone who's never called plays before.
  15. I was hoping they would end in a tie, but I'm glad to see the Broncos keep their W-L record rolling. Were there four former Ducks out there? Bo, Marcus, Troy Franklin and Josh Connerly Jr.? Great game.
  16. Sadiq needs a new pair of gloves. Those were catches he normally makes. Not sure why we didn't use a fullback on that last 4th and 1. I couldn't sit down the entire game. Whew! Ducks did what they had to to win.

  18. That was painful to watch. It seems these players lack confidence. They can't seem to get the ball inside, and when they do they often can't finish. I heard Altman said "we can't guard our own shadow". Maybe a little harsh, but how else do you explain a team shooting nearly 70% against you? All the fast break dunks? Yikes. It feels like they've taken a step backwards. I can't deny Dana's success, but one might wonder if the modern game with the portal and NIL has passed him by.
  19. They have shown improvement but still a long way to go. Take better care of the ball, and find a way to get it inside. Gave up too many offensive rebounds and damit, practice freethrows!
  20. I thought the helmets were... is it okay to say bitchen?
  21. I was standing in front of my recliner the entire game. What fun watching OBD totally dominate USC in the run game. Too bad the refs don't call face masking penalties like they do PI.

  23. Four Ducks in double figures, better effort on rebounding and improved shooting percentage, fewer turnovers. This team showed improvement in most areas except free throw shooting. They've got some work to do there!!
