3 avoidable losses are on Lanning so I don't know if they can be classified as good decisions in reality due to the results.

As the USA vs Serbia game showed the amazing level of talent is nice but actually playing cohesively as a team means a heckuva lot. Having both is rare and maybe this is the year it happens for us.

Sorry to bring it up again but where is the evidence Lanning was offered the Bama job? I am glad Deboer is gone as he, in my opinion, is currently a better coach than Lanning. But I still am curious if we have actual EVIDENCE (not supposition) of Lanning turning down the job and not just homer hagiography worship of Lanning and hoping he chose Oregon over Bama. All that being said I am so glad Lanning is our coach.

I am just glad Deboer is gone. He got his team mentally prepared to compete like hell against us in the P12 title game. Lanning for some reason wasn't able to get our guys WANTING it.
