Have you watched them lately? I watched a 45 minute video where Matt Prehm and some other guys were discussing the next coaching hire for Oregon and they didn't throw out one name. These guys are so afraid I actually trust them less than other random sources.

Oregon reporters are so slow and afraid to take a risk they will be the last to announce it.

Altman might have been underwhelming compared to Tom Izzo but that is like going after Nick Saban. I feel like the Luke Fickell and Matt Campbell are similar to Altman and I'd take both of them.

Nah I'd rather have Chip or Wilcox than Bellotti. However, I'm really hoping Oregon is a good enough program to hire someone decent. At some point you have to blame Mullens if no coach wants to go to Oregon. I don't think stalling another year will help. It's an interesting idea though. My problem is I think Mullens needs to be more aggressive and this will allow him to procrastinate.

Both are iffy sources. I'm seen the Atlantic Journal get other things completely wrong but at the same time the fact that Canzano is so quick to dismiss it makes me think it could be true.

He sort of reminds me of a defensive Sean Mcvay. I think he could be a great hire for Oregon.

Wait you think we have a shot at Fickell? That would be nice. I do like Aranda but I think Oregon should also try Matt Campbell.

If this was 2014 I'd say no way but I do like Alabama assistant coaches and he did really well at Alabama. Although you could argue the same thing for coach Sark I think Kiffin is a bit better than Sark.

I disagree I'd take Aranda any day over Kiffin but you might be right about Kiffin having less loyalty to the school he is at.

I'm glad I finally found a forum that didn't have viruses like DuckAttack forum did. Even though the Ducks are going through some dark times it's always darkest before the dawn.
