Houston & TCU
Heard that Houston & TCU would consider a PAC invite. I wonder if Houston would have to pay the $80 million exit fee? But if the PAC12 lands Houston & TCU I would assume 4 more schools would be invite. TECH? OSU? BAYLOR? KANSAS? I just dont see those schools spending $80 if there is no GOR.

Recent Wilner Wisdom to Share...
Based on Jon Wilmer logic SMU and University of North Texas cover the DFW market. Sorry but I don't believe that.

Old Big12 South is getting back together. Now I know why Texas Tech admin didn’t care about the PAC. I hope

Oregon vs Texas Tech, 2023 & 2024
I would love have loved being part of the PAC12 but that was with USC & UCLA. Plus I would have preferred if TEXAS, OU, OSU were all part of the deal. Now, I believe the best option for the PAC & BIG12 is a merger. or just stay in the BIG12. Currently it appears ESPN & FOX only care about schools east of the Mississippi river. Something like this. EAST: Tech, OSU, Kansas, KSU, ISU, KSU, Houston. PLUS one: (TCU, BAYLOR or BYU) I would select Baylor. WEST: Oregon, Washington, Cal, Stanford, Utah, ASU, ARIZONA, Colorado.

An SEC Viewpoint on Realignment
TEXAS(UT) should be in the PAC. If you have ever been to Austin you would agree.

An SEC Viewpoint on Realignment
I vote for merger, but I am a TECH fan.

Oregon vs Texas Tech, 2023 & 2024
Oregon will be coming to Lubbock in 2023 & Tech will be coming to Eugene in 2024. By 2024 this might be a conference game. I hope.

Potential ACC/P12 TV Partnership
As a TECH fan I would like this, but with OSU. We need a travel partner. Kansas is great for basketball and it adds the KC market. FYSA, University of Kansas is only like 30 miles for Kansas City.

Wall Street Journal P5 values.
From the PAC12 Everyone but WSU & Oregon St BIG12 Oklahoma St Texas Tech Kansas Kansas St ISU Maybe TCU BAYLOR WVU(Distance) Houston(potential) Cincinnati(potential)

Pac-12 Eyeing "Loose Partnership" with ACC
Maybe I am wrong. Seems to me that the Wall Street Journal Value should be used as a indicator of what schools should be together to fight off the BIG/SEC.

Clearly in Left Field...The PAC Retains All Schools

Pac-12: Where Every Team Would End Up
In the BIG12, there is a lot of hard feels towards Colorado. CAL & Stanford saying BIG12 schools aren't a culture fit has ruffled some feathers.
-
Pac-12: Where Every Team Would End Up
Im a not sure the Big12 will not add Oregon St or Washington St or they would make the cut for a merger. I can see MERGER being possible. From the PAC: Washington, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, ASU. (CAL & Stanford are questions marks) From the BIG12: Kansas, Oklahoma St, Texas Tech, ISU, Baylor. (MAYBE Kansas St or TCU) Maybes BYU(Private Religious) & Houston. Schools that should be extremely scared. Washington St, Oregon St, Kansas St, ISU, (Private Religious schools: TCU and Baylor). These 16 schools should be able to make $60-75 million per what i have heard today.

After USC & UCLA Leave, Who Does Pac-12 Add? Or Do the Pac-12 & Big 12 Merge?
If I had to guess the Biggest and Best Programs in the PAC12 & BIG12 merge. PAC12: Oregon, Washington, CAL, Stanford, Utah, ASU, Arizona & Colorado. BIG12: Kansas, TECH, OSU, ISU, Baylor, TCU, Kansas St. AAC: BYU, Houston & Cincinnati 18 Great Schools

Omigosh! How Can Baylor Be No. 5 in Recruiting?
I believe rich schools with passionate fan bases are going to make waves with PAY FOR PLAY, I mean NIL. Specifically schools in Texas. Texans take sports(FOOTBALL) very serious. Just look at what Texas & A&M are doing. Don't be surprised to see TECH, Baylor, TCU & Houston do the same. BTW Baylor, TCU & SMU are rich private schools with donors with deep pockets.
