Ktmguy2018 Author No. 6 Share Posted October 22, 2023 As much as I dislike UW, at this point all highest ranking PAC-12 teams need to win. Utah took care of business, UW needs to win for Oregon's sake....and as I say that, the Puppies just committed their 4th turnover of the game.

My idea or thought was simply to keep the remaining top 15 PAC-12 teams ranked as high as possible. Factoring in the Strength of Schedule equation. Always happy when the Huskies gets beat though!! I understand your reasoning that it would be best for our playoff hopes to beat an undefeated Husky team in the Pac-12 title game. If we end up playing them for the title I will enjoy the opportunity to get revenge. My hatred for the Huskies has me wishing for them to get 2-3 losses and we play a different team for the title. If we end up 12-1 and Pac-12 champs I think we will be in the playoffs regardless of who we beat in the title game.

Yes, yes and maybe. The field surface at Fusky Stadium is horrible. It was the reason for tonight's pick six as the ASU receiver slipped coming out of his break. Last week the failed 3rd down where Jordan James slipped and stalled the drive that would have won the game for Oregon. And yes, to be fair, the slip Odunze had that facilitated Jahlil's interception last week. And oh lordy, let's all sing a requiem for the lamentable Pac12 refs. The acme of their competence involves just figuring out how to turn on the microphone. I hope and pray that the vast majority of them go back to their day jobs and get the optical health care they all so desperately need. SEC and B1G refs look like they've spent some time in the weight room. Pac12 refs have spent their time in the buffet line at Golden Corral.
woundedknees No. 41 Share Posted October 22, 2023 I so love the innocent expressions the well trained fuzzball defenders put on following a stunt like the late hit on Nix, or the massive shirt grab on the ASU receiver late into day's game. Both could easily have amounted to taking points off the board for the hapless UW opponents, as well as, at least in the case of Bo and the guilty defender, could have resulted in serious injury. NJDuck Moderator No. 42 Share Posted October 22, 2023 Quite amusing after Washington almost laid an egg in their game against a one win team this season. Washington fans should be praising the refs for their excellent shoddy play-calling in this game against ASU.
