Sooner fans are displeased enough about Dillon Gabriel leaving, but to lose offensive lineman Cayden Green to the portal--who is now visiting the Ducks and Oregon is now considered the leader? (Gabriel and Green playing together doesn't hurt, and they could be some recruiting going on there)

Sources close to the OU Athletic Department report that they plan to hire Dan Lanning (Georgia's DC) to fill their Head Coaching Position. Announcements will be made Sunday with a Press Conference to follow on Monday 12/6.  

 

Had he already said yes?  Or not received an official offer?  Nobody knows.

Kind of hard to determine the accuracy of a rumor from 2 years ago. 

I find it hard to believe that Venables was their second choice. Then again, he was not in good standing after ditching OU for Clemson. Who could blame him? He was forced to share his job with Mike Stoops after he got canned by Arizona. 

Trust me Sooners....everything is FINE.
