I'm not sure I can fault them for that with the bailing of the previous two carpetbaggers.

I was just thinking with the Miami game that Wilcox was figuring it out. 

 

In truth Cal's biggest problem right now is how awful their offensive line is. Hard to have an offense when your good QB can't throw because a clean pocket doesn't exist and there is no run game tomsprsk of. 

15 Mil buyout, just add it to the Calimony and trade coaches with UCLA.

Wilcox is a good DC but a mediocre head coach. Those people that wanted Oregon to hire him as the head coach wouldn't have even mentioned his name as a potential candidate, if he weren't a former Duck player.

Cal's biggest loss was to the worst team they've played, 14-9 to FSU. the 3 Ls to (Miami, they actually won this one) Pitt and NC State a combined 4 points.

I know some Duck fans like(d) Wilcox, at least as a DC.

Not me.

His coached teams injured 3 of our qb's on late hits.

We don't need that kind of coaching in Eugene. 

 

But I'll cheer for him this next game.

A great Duck. But not a great coach.
