Texas, Penn St., Clemson . . . Who is the Bigger Fraud?

Who is college football's biggest fraud? Texas, Clemson, Penn State fight it out - Yahoo Sports

I'm going with Penn St. They had the most returning, new D Coordinator labeled the best in the business, and a schedule with 2 of 4 toughest games at home (UCLA just snuck in as No. 4)

Clemson was a trendy pick since it was in the ACC and who'd thunk Mari could keep the train on the tracks all season?

Texas: Arch is in his 3rd year under Sark. What had he done previously to show he was QB1 for a No. 1 team other than the last name on his birth certificate?

Indiana as a top 10 team.

Time will tell on this one. Vegas betting lines are moving quickly in favor of IU.

Hard to say, I think I might actually lean Texas. Penn St. I don't think is a fraud, I think they just had one of those weeks where their focus completely left them and they got hit by a team that was playing with a new look on life. They got completely hood winked by a offense that was a different look, Nico at QB was let off the chain to do what he does best which is the scramble game.

Clemson is doing what Clemson always does now, they maybe would have only two losses right now instead of three normally, but they aren't really doing anything different from what they've been doing for the last 5 or so years.

Texas is probably the biggest disappointment considering the talent coming back, they should be much better in every facet of the game, but they haven't executed at all. To lose against a Florida team that looked dead in the water is inexcusable. Sark has usually been seen as a QB whisperer, but Arch is so far from a playoff caliber QB that it is shocking to see a player that hyped look so lost when he isn't beating down lower level opponents..

We will be adding Miami to this list, as Cristobal will blow it eventually. How?

I'm sure Mario will figure it out...

Unfortunately I think Miami is for real, I don't see another loss on their schedule, I certainly don't see two losses. It will be interesting to see who they play in the ACC title game, if they play Georgia Tech I think the Yellow Jackets could upset them. They'll be in the playoff this year.

One thing is that I don't think Cristobal is getting in the way of his OC this year, I could be wrong, but that team look like a legit top 5 team. Hope I'm wrong and Charles is right though!

Yep, they have dropped from -10.5 to as low as -7.5 on BetMGM this morning. If you take away the -3 Oregon gets for hosting at Autzen, at worst there is still a -4.5 spread.in the minds of bettors. Not necessarily the pro money, but the betting public in general. So as least a FG but not as much as a TD.

The biggest concern for Duck fans is will the team be focused. I doubt the betting odds weigh much in DL's game prep and team messaging. The upset fever set by last Saturday, particularly the face plant by PSU, could be a blessing as I can't see OBD overlooking this game or coming in without something to prove.
