It's going to be a long slog of a game.

Absolutely. And 2 of the 3 passes could have been picks. Yikes!

No.

Idiotic to throw three passes to start the game, Stein over thinking it as always, obsessed with throwing to the perimeter.

RUN THE BALL!!!!

No.

Well, that helps!!

No.

Safety!!!!

Just keep making them long snap it!!!! Second one already!

No.

We have one of the best RB stables in college football. How 'bout we use them Steiny??

Turnovers & field position are king today.

Looks like Stein is adjusting to use the run. If the RB room averages 5-6 yards a carry (perfectly reasonable) then they can control the entire game.

Just going to say it. My last article critised Whittington and the trend continues...

Whittington seems to want to prove me wrong and I'm ok with that.

And just like that, the run game set up a great pass play.

Ugh we really can’t lose another receiver like Gary.

No.

Dang. We don't need to lose any more WR's.

No.

Awesome....another receiver out, if we win this game we should get a TON of credit (we won't though..get the credit I mean).

I’m ok with that as long as OBD guts out a win. Winning ugly is far better than losing.

RUN THE BALL!!!!

Nice to see that Stein apparently has heard the cry of his people.

Field goals are going to be absolutely huge today.

Run. The. Ball. Wasted opportunity.

Dante completely missed the open receiver in the far corner of the end zone.

No.

Horrible pass, can't be throwing that, kick the field goal.

No.

Yep. We needed that field goal. Game of attrition today. We should be up by 5.

100%. So asinine. Should have run the ball & maybe pick up 5 to 7 yards, get in good FG range, and go for the 3 points.

I'm fine throwing the ball there, but throw to a safer route!

No.

Iowa has a crappy O to so we got that going for us.

No.

Could have been 3 interceptions so far...... Thank goodness for transfer portal.. There was a receiver open on around the ten also it seemed. Go Ducks... But this is concerning! Defense gotta win it.

I'm just not confident in our passing game right now. Dante scares me.

I agree. Something is off.

When you’re in a ‘65 Packers game but you think you’re the ‘85 Dolphins.

No.

Announcers are really irritating. Is Dante a fair weather quarterback? I remember the old days when they (and we in the band) practiced in the rain...

No.

So, no throws on this drive yet but we are moving the ball. Keep it up.

The field conditions might allow some good screens as well.

I listen to Jerry and Jorgie while I am watching the game. Saves me the aggravation. 😂

No.

Charles, can I change my passing yard prediction to around 75? 😂😂

No.

Iowa lost the first quarter 2 points worse than Ducks! Now let s score some points and win this game!!! Go Ducks!!!

Jamari Johnson might be the key for the offense. He can both block and receive.

As pretty much everyone has been saying: RUN THE BALL!

That was a very nice 80 yard drive.

So far, 85 yards rushing. 46 yards passing. I like it!

Tosh has the defense dialed in. Pulling the DBs up and daring Iowa to pass the ball.

No.

Awful, his momentum was stopped, and then they allowed them to pull him across.

No.

Gronowski in this game is a greater threat to run, than to pass.

No.

And just as I say that. Crud.

Too many DBs staring at the QB. Someone should have been following that receiver on the long pass.

Our defense was challenging them to pass. And they obliged.

No.

Defense has to be better, can't allow that.

No.

Boettcher having himself a game right now.
