Defense now really stepping it up with forced turnovers!

Our defense has forced a ton of turnovers that past 2 weeks.  Great job.

Gilmore can take that "spicy" comment (now six times and running) and place it where the sun shineth not.

He is the worst color commentator in college football, it's not even that close, no enthusiasm, no knowledge, sticks to the same idea for the entirety of the game, biased, just awful.

I didn't expect the offense to score 28 points against Oregon State's defense

The D helped a lot with field position.

Cota, again!!!

Love the wide receiver screens on the 3rd down against an aggressive defense.

Let us now praise that overlooked player, Camden Lewis.

Glad DL took the FG this time. Just put the game away at this point.

Gilmore: "Martinez will be the Pac-10 freshman of the year"...not unless he hits a time portal and returns to pre-2011

Defense didn't look good on that last series.  Beavers ran it down their throats.

Why did they bring back the 1st quarter defense?

Rumors of the beavz demise may be a mite previous... But Ducks are not toast by any means.

Terrible penalty. Why give OSU any momentum like that?

Defense took that drive off.

Maybe Tosh was calling plays on that series? LOL

Anyone up for a long Oregon TD drive at this point?

Again with the "spicy" stuff.

How's that for spicy, Rod?

They definitely looked much less aggressive on that series.

Tackling above the waist drives me insane.

Again with the spicy comment. Did Gilmore get a lifetime supply of spicy bean dip from Reser? Is that why he's plugging it every series?

Nix's limp is becoming more noticeable as the game progresses.

Oregon should kick the FG to go up by 3 possessions with one quarter to play against a Beavers offense that prefers to run the ball.

I'm sure that the win probability would increase significantly with a FG.

Why? Why?  Why?!!!  3rd and goal from the 10, Jordan James should have been a decoy to block, throw the dang ball!!!  Lanning better go FG here...he is wasting points again if he doesn't.   This game is not over

Yeah, he's been taking on quite a workload plus it's probably close to freezing there.

Need to avoid running him.  We'll need him close to 100% to beat USC, IMHO.

I used extra spice in the Ham n Bean soup I  prepared for game day, but Gilmore was definitely NOT on the guest list!

Good decision.

Terrible "special teams."

Wait a minute!  I predicted 34-24.   Why are they going for 2???????

And that one.

OK... I feel better now.

A whole bunch of defense and I win.

Second straight series where the defense has suddenly looked mediocre. Theyve apparently forgotten how to defend the run?

Oregon’s defense must have taken the early bus back to Eugene.

Why are we playing cover-2 against a Beavers team who is limited in the passing game?

Oregon is trying to give this game away.

This is embarrassing

Where's that vaunted special teams coach?

Trying really hard.

Horrible, just giving the game away, completely taking plays off, no fire.

Ducks are not a playoff team

So the defense, offense, AND special teams decide to all stop trying at all? Really?

Choke.

I'm pretty sure they're all trying. Mistakes happen, and the Ducks are playing a top-25 team on the road.

This is what I mean by lack of killer instinct.  A twenty one point lead leads to penalties and bobbled punt snaps that lead to 14 quick points.

Mario hexed his players so bad, they still make mistakes well after he is gone.

I think if DL was their coach four year ago, the upset in Columbus would have been a rout (like Michigan has done twice).

You can't make up stuff like this.  It's purely mental.  This game was over ten minutes ago. Now we'll see what OBD are made of.

Defensive line has been awful, getting road grated all game, LBs have been horrible as well.

Lazy, catch the ball and call a fair catch

We must be watching different games.  I'm seeing a clear lack of focus an effort on all sides of the team right now. They stopped trying when they went up 3 possessions and it's costing them now.

Special Teams coach needs to be fired after this game.

Oregon will lose this game unless the defense comes up with a stop right now.

Lose to Washington and Oregon State it will be a VERY long gloomy winter for Mr. Lanning.

Lanning might have just lost the game for Oregon. Guess he didn’t learn a thing from the UW game.

I am starting to have my doubts about Coach Lanning.
