  2. The Alamo Bowl crowd is looking kind of sparse. I’ve been to a couple of these games and it’s always been packed. Especially with the USAF basic trainees taking up a section or two. I always thought this was one of the better non-BCS bowl games.
  3. B1G... 6-0 in the bowl games. Way to go Illinois! And, while I can't stand USC as much as the next guy... I say "Come on Trojans, don't suck it and screw up our undefeated bowl conference bowl record tonight."
  4. TCU with the backup QB should even out the out scale.
  5. Now USC needs to not pull a Tennessee against TCU. Their two star WRs opted out.
  6. Do I really have to root for SC? Maybe letting the Big 12 have one wouldn't be too bad.
  7. Illini Win! Down goes the SEC to the B1G! Honestly without the optouts Tennessee is the better team, but their coach was crap. ILLINI played 3DBs 15 yards or more back from scrimmage and Tennessee kept trying to pass until deep into the 3rd quarter. THEN they started running the ball and came back.
  8. Illinois wins 30-28 on a walk-off field goal! So WHERE is that SEC depth? Both teams were 8-4 going into this, and a superb Big-10 win. Tough in the trenches!
  9. Walk-off chip shot field goal for the I/B1G win.
  10. Mario needs to take some lesson on game management from Illinois.

  12. Unlikely money. I think it's more likely that he is obsessed with football and doesn't know or want to live without it. I'm sure he loves coaches and what he does. After his time in the NFL as a HC ended as it did I thought he'd sit out for awhile and evaluate his options but he turned around and took the HC job at UCLA real fast. I get the feeling that he will be one of those coaches forced to retire because no one will hire him when the time comes.
  13. Oof, Illinois special teams disaster. Gave up a punt return for a TD to give the lead to Tennessee.
  14. Ducks for the win 31-28 2 TO's 3 Sacks 279 passing yards
  15. Just tuning in, come on Illinois put the SEC in their place.
  16. Oregon 42-6 3 TO 3 sacks 333 yards passing Go Ducks!!!
  17. Ducks win! 31-18 2 TO 4 sacks 233 yds pass
  18. This is going to be like Oregon stealing recruits that used to pick USC. It will be interesting to see if there is a drop in talent at Texas over the next 2 years.
  19. Illinois 17, Tennessee 14. This is a big game for bragging rights between the two conferences. They both have the same record of 8-4.
  20. DUCKS WIN! 42-17 2 3 342 yards passing Rough Up The Red Raiders!
  21. This is a good discussion. Delaying the season so long is just to keep the big bowls on New Year's, but what is the point if nobody shows up anymore because it's 3 away games for fans now not just one. This is just not working for anyone.
  22. Will Stein Opens Up About Splitting Kentucky and Oregon Duck Schedules in PlayoffAssuming the head coaching job with the Kentucky Wildcats after the conclusion of the College Football Playoff, Oregon Ducks offensive coordinator Will Stein is balancing preparation for the Orange Bowl with his new duties. Oregon Ducks On SIWill Stein Opens Up About Splitting Kentucky and Oregon D...As the No. 5 Oregon Ducks name gets painted on the Western end of Hard Rock Stadium, the Ducks sit down with the media to chat about their upcoming appearance i
