Penn State Uniform Reveal: A Good Matchup?
On another thread this was the combo I predicted. So called it! But also... What times will the lights go out for the glow in the dark go into effect? Isn't that when Penn State scores? That doesn't feel like a smart move.

Isn't this the same as at Wisconsin last year? Won't this kind of blend in with the 'Lions navy blue jersey?

Our Beloved Ducks: Not Quite Ready for 'Natty Time?
That's true however they also had 275 passing yards and 17 first downs. Against us 4 of their 8 first downs were on their one scoring drive. So that leaves 4 first downs the entire rest of the game.

Hope this helps. But after reportedly reaching a scheduling agreement, according to The Oregonian, the rivalry will be renewed during the 2027 season and played each season until 2032, with the two teams battling as non-conference opponents. Oregon, Oregon State reach agreement to continue rivalry game in 2027, per report Oregon and Oregon State set to continue football rivalry through at least 2032Next season will mark the first time Oregon and Oregon State will not face each other in football in more than 80 years. Civil War Agreement?
Has this actually been agreed to starting in 2027? I have found lots of references to continuing with Beavis, but nothing indicating it’s actually been agreed to. Anyone know?

Oregon v. Penn State: The Wrong Team Favored?
I like our DUCKS in this matchup. We can throw and run in a balanced way. Penn State will have a good running game but what about passing? Drew Aller IMHO is prone to making mistakes. He should have gotten down at Autzen and given them a chance for a field goal. Most importantly, he has three new wide receivers and his go to receiver from last year was tight end Tyler Warren who is now gone. DUCKS not only cover but win this game.

GIVE ME FIVE! A B1G FIVE!
Can you ask for anything Moore? Of course, we're Fanatics! How about a B1G back-to-back OBD white wash, including Greening Out a White Out, a B1G title, and a win on 1/19/26 in HardRock Stadium in Miami. 😍 https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/college-football-qb-power-rankings-indianas-fernando-mendoza-oregons-dante-moore-lead-surging-big-ten-crop/

Oregon v. Penn State: The Wrong Team Favored?
No, the wrong team is not favored. Oregon has shown some small flaws, PSU has shown about the same amount of small flaws. If you look at the game last year Penn St. ran all over Oregon, we couldn't stop it, they couldn't stop us, but that was with a different QB who had the most experience ever by a college QB, this year while I really like the look Dante Moore, he is unproven in this sort of game. Penn St. returns two NFL RBs, we have not looked like a top 5 team against the run, we haven't looked bad, but it hasn't been as dominant as you might like. Ultimately the game is in Happy Valley, that means the home team should be favored in what I would say is a tossup.

I don't mean to Nits pick, it isn't All on Drew Allar, I guess? 'Know your enemy.' Sun Tzu and Pete Thamel. 😁 Drew could be the difference. But in which direction? This article focuses on the late-late interception against the Irish, of course, but recall Nikko nicking Allar and the Nits. 😍I certainly do! What Does "Commitment" Mean?
Commitment regarding recruiting has become a leverage tool. Many players are just looking for the largest "paycheck", believing their raw talent will carry them on through to the pros. Many are looking to get paid, but value development beyond what their talent alone allows. Many want to "be" somewhere that they feel they "belong". Many want the "high profile" program to get the most media (traditional and social) attention. Then, many know and Are committed to a program, but why give up all that free "swag" and "courting" by other programs if they "truly" believed you where committed. Being "committed" says to any program that, I believe I have found the place that best meets my needs, whatever those personally are to the individual recruit. Challenging other interested parties to prove them wrong. I believe Lanning and Co. know this. I believe Division St. knows this. I believe most recruits (and their advisors) know this. So like many have already posted. Following recruiting is fun and all. But absolutely no one or nothing to get "excited" about until pen hits paper...and then sometimes not even then...transfer portal and all. Remind me? Didn't we have a 5* recruit who wAs "committed" until days before signing day where he went...elsewhere. BUT, now back where he originally "committed" to and BTW is going to tear up "Happy Valley" in a couple days??? 😉 GO DUCKS!
