I think LR has an established track record of not caring about D at two blue-blood programs now, and is entering a smash mouth league. It’s like they have to play the doppelgänger of Utah 5 times this year, and we’ve seen how that went. Make or break year I think. Could they do it? Maybe. Will they? I have my doubts.

That’s a shame.

Well, here's a little reminder for our friends in good ol' South L.A. The U$C school's motto is (tadaaa): Palmam qui meruit ferat! And for those of them who haven't taken Latin (what do they take at U$C?), this means (another tadaa): "Let whoever earns the palm bear it!" I don't think I've often witnessed a 325lb dude holding a rubber ducky...but maybe I'm just not paying enough attention. Regardless, this is awesome news. Looking forward to seeing this defense on the field.
