Let's Discuss 'Non-Oregon' Games Over Sept. 26-27!
False start pushed them back 5 yards. ASU kicks the FG instead, 27-24 with 1:14 left in the game!

Let's Discuss 'Non-Oregon' Games Over Sept. 26-27!
Wow! Dilly’s kids tie it up with less than 2 minutes to go then strips the TCU QB of the ball on the next possession. Less than 90 seconds left and they’re inside the 5 yard line to try and win the game. Crazy!

Time to Wipe Out the White Out
IMO for Dante, it will be extremely important to get him going early. A successful first possession with a TD will go a long way towards calming any nerves associated with 100k opposing fans yelling at you.

Friday Night B1G, Iowa at Rutgers
I don’t really follow Iowa football but man they really don’t seem to have any horses on offense… like at all.

Foster Out at UCLA; Pry at Va Tech
I bet Will Stein will be high on their wish list. But I don’t think he’d be interested in that dumpster fire.

Post Northwestern Game…Reactions?
Personally I don't mind a small handful of penalties if it means putting every game away by halftime. 🤷

Other Games--GameDay Thread: Week 3!
To add insult to injury, UCLA shelled out a cool $1.2 million to New Mexico for traveling to LA 🤣 On3UCLA seven-figure payment to New Mexico revealed for upse....

Post Northwestern Game…Reactions?
Effort overall looked sleepy and lackadaisical...especially in the trenches. It gave me vibes of the Texas Tech game a couple years ago where the OL/DL struggled to take control of the LOS consistently.

I’m glad he didn’t commit to Oregon a couple years ago!

UCLA crushed at home by New Freaking Mexico 35-10. Nico may have destroyed his career going there.

Indiana just squashed their in-state brethren Indiana State 73-0. I hope OBD puts up that kind of score on the Beavos next weekend!

Does the Team Seem Different This Year? (Coaching)
I'm glad it's not just me! Just the overall vibe and the visuals look very different than last season's start. I can only theorize that it's a combination of a couple things: The young coaching staff is maturing and continuing to learn from past mistakes. The overall makeup of the roster is primarily Dan Lanning high school recruits, most of which have been in the system at least 1-2 years. The roster talent level is mind-bogglingly high and best of all, looks to be committed to the program culture. Additionally, I believe it was mentioned that Will Stein had simplified the offensive playbook this time around which probably allowed for all the new starters to get up to speed more quickly. It's probably why we're seeing so many WRs and RBs all having some level of success right out of the gate.

Oklahoma State Post-Game Discussion
I had serious doubts their offense would perform given that they lost their starting QB and the backup just basically got thrown in the deep end this week against a top 10 team. Conjures up old memories of poor Braxton Burmeister.

How 'BOUT That Offensive Line?
I was glad to see Pregnon back in the line up, his knee getting rolled on last game looked worse than it was apparently. After last season's start I'm a little paranoid about the health and depth of the interior OL nowadays 😝

Wrong Again, Only This Time...By a Mile
I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. He always struck me as kind of a lower end small-ish fastback that would have trouble cracking the 2-deep. These last 2 games have shown that he's obviously put in the time at practice and in the weight room. If he keeps this up I'm not sure how Will Stein can keep him on the bench for long periods.
