LOOK: Eggshell Uniforms for Washington Game
kirklandduck replied to Pennsylvania Duck's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
Personally I like them. It's kinda like getting a car in silver, it doesn't show dirt lol -
At 6'5" and 300 lbs, I can't imagine any other position for the big guy. Can you imagine a DL with Matayo, Breeland, and Rushing lining up next season??? Wow.

Brandon Dorlus- He Was at Practice Today
kirklandduck replied to Augduck's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
Apparently he was part of a photoshoot with new uniforms/equipment yesterday which is why he missed practice, nothing injury related. -
Canzano: Oregon to Get a Rude Awakening in the B1G?
kirklandduck replied to Charles Fischer's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
I think the first year in the B10 will be a bumpy one for OBD but only because there will be a new QB. Having a new QB starter is almost always an uneven transition as they settle in and we haven't seen enough of Ty Thompson or any other QB on the roster to know who will be "the man" in the pocket and whether they will do better than average. My gut tells me that TT and Austin Novasad might be just "gap" QBs that will fill the role until one of the new recruits arrive....possibly Luke Moga or even Akili Smith Jr. -
Ducks vs. Them: Work Week Cinematic Recap
kirklandduck replied to Pennsylvania Duck's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
I really like how DL makes the extra effort to POSITIVELY motivate his players. It's all done through inspiration to improve themselves and work towards achievable goals, all led by example. Really great example of coaches that love to teach. -
The Men of Washington Should be REJECTED by the B1G
kirklandduck replied to Charles Fischer's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
As far as I'm concerned, the only "men" of Washington are the Ducks who moved up here -
He just committed to Oregon!

Let's Discuss: Today's Other Games of Interest! (Spoilers)
kirklandduck replied to David Marsh's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
Seems AZ is running out of gas. Their defense isn't talented and disciplined enough to execute all game. Those penalties are killing them right now. -

USC/AZ is a very interesting game right now. Wildcats are really taking it them 17-7 right now. -

The B1G Announces Oregon's 2024-2028 Home / Away Schedule
kirklandduck replied to a topic in Our Beloved Ducks
I think it's going to be a rocky start for Oregon, USC, and UW in 2024 given that all 3 will have new QB starters. There's almost always an uneven transition period until the new players settle into their new roles. -
That's a drag, Noah might have moved onto the NFL after this season. Hopefully he makes a full recovery and comes back at full strength next season...in the meantime Bucky and Jordan should carry the load with no problem with Jayden and Dante taking the leftovers. That does change the RB recruiting calculus assuming Noah comes back.

Oregon Ducks Football: Navigating the Storm of October
kirklandduck replied to FishDuck Article's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
I'm wondering if maybe that's why he hasn't really pulled the ball much these first 5 games...Will Stein is reducing the possibility of injury to Bo overall by not doing it in games they know they will win and unleashing him in just the important ones. -
Oregon Ducks Football: Navigating the Storm of October
kirklandduck replied to FishDuck Article's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
If there's any justice in the world, USC will finish the season with 3 losses and a berth to the Holiday Bowl. -
Oregon Ducks Football: Navigating the Storm of October
kirklandduck replied to FishDuck Article's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
Good article Alex! I think realistically none of the top Pac12 teams are going to escape October without at least 1 loss, it's going to be brutal for everyone. That being said, if a team were to actually get through unscathed then OBD would probably have the best chance given that they're the most well rounded. The next few weeks are going to be really interesting for sure. -

Fuskies only up 28-17 in the 4th and AZ just had a defensive stop. -
Oregon Secondary: ‘No Separation’
kirklandduck replied to Charles Fischer's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
He'll be vitally important since he's both a tall and speedy cornerback, he can be PBU machine. Thankfully there's a break next week to for him to heal up. -

I’d like to see 2 more TDs just to bury them and really put this game away. -

Nice job offense! Things opened up once Nix pulled the ball a couple times.
