My belief is that it's simply a philosophy of life he has. It's mine also and has been effective in helping me deal with the ups and downs of our human existence. It's a way to communicate to others that talk is cheap it's what you do not what you say you're going to do. Not only is he and his staff exhibiting positives but we have experience and talent across the field. There's plenty of examples of quick starts and I just can't think of why this would be any different given the situation. You have to be kidding me. Not USC what's the world coming to.

Mostly natural talent trumps. You will find the 3* that developed but it no where close. Competitiveness, passion, discipline just adds to the talent. You can only change your physical attributes so much. The others a lot more.
