  1. I can't do anything but thank you for Jon, for thinking this out and presenting it to us. The Pac-12 is in a position now when changing for change sake is the only option. On the simplest level getting rid of the divisions should have been done long ago given the domination by the North.
  2. It was definitely a slap in the face to a school that is considered a blue blood, and the optics are awful for Oklahoma. As OK sloughs off to the SEC as part of a combo with Texas, Riley moves into a mansion in LA and is the "talk of the town" at USC.
  3. Great point. The year before last was great for the Beavs, and what we've come to expect for the Ducks. Last season was a disappointment for the Ducks, still 20 wins though. OSU goes 3-28, winless in 2022? This is a team in The Conference of Champions?
  4. So, it's great to hear about explosive plays that are largely about scheming, turnovers can be worked on. Lanning says quarterback and offensive development will take some time DUCKSWIRE.USATODAY.COM Lanning says the offense showed the ability to make explosion plays happen on Tuesday, but there were too many turnovers for...
  5. Let's hear some ideas for Season Tickets for 2022-23? "It Probably won't be as Bad as Last Year!" "When the Tough Got Going, They All Left" OSU Basketball "Forget the Madness"
  6. The one thing they could have said next season was that they'd have experience back, now that's out.
  7. My all time favorite Oregon WR, Jeff Maehl was certainly an intelligent player.
  8. There are also comments on other players, and new "perceptions" of Bo Nix. Oregon Football: Everything Dan Lanning said after Ducks’ 3rd practice DUCKSWIRE.USATODAY.COM Dan Lanning touched on expectations for early enrollees, and his early perception of the QB room after Tuesday’s practice.
  9. Great point, David. I agree that Oregon should do what's needed to stay competitive in this new environment. But I don't want to see Oregon going the route of just throwing $$$ at high school kids or Transfers.
  10. Methinks the owners would be all in for this rule to include the regular season, the longer the game the more commercial space to fill. But while I'd love for Justin to get his shot, I don't need extra minutes on top of the extra game that was added last season.
  11. Right now, I'd rather get a 5 Star DL than a 5 Star OL anyway. Oregon Recruiting: Ducks in great position to steal 5-star DL from A&M DUCKSWIRE.USATODAY.COM A new report from 247Sports shows that Dan Lanning and the Ducks are in a great position when it comes to the recruitment of...
  12. This new rule is for the Playoffs and that's where it's needed the most. How the NFL's new playoff overtime rules work, explained WWW.MSN.COM The NFL is changing the way its overtimes operate in the postseason. Call it the Josh Allen Rule. The league's owners...
  13. This is the one image of Axel that has been discovered:
  14. Exactly. It's the end game that matters. While I particularly don't like Conerly shoring up the OL for SC this is one player. The Ducks and Trojans will be battling for players for a long time, and as Charles said, we'll get ours.
  15. Thanks for the Update Axel, this one wasn't even rejected but to me speaks San Francisco, the B A R T (Bay Area Rapid Turkeys}
  16. Nico Lamaleava signed with Tennessee, that leaves Dante Moore, and Jaden Rashada as the top QB prospects. Rashada already visited and OC Dillingham is eager build on that visit with this one at the Spring game. 5-star QB and key Oregon target to visit Eugene for Ducks’ spring game DUCKSWIRE.USATODAY.COM The visitor list for Oregon’s spring game has some incredibly important names on it. 5-star recruits everywhere you look.
  17. This leaves Pao-Pao the only one left of Oregon's "Fab 5"
  18. Agree completely, Jon. In the scheme of all things coaching, Saint Pete is a "stepping stone" and realistically what more could Shaheen do at Saint Pete. Move along Shaheen and let another coach get his career started.
