  1. The PAC12 network has control of virtually all content not currently carried on the major networks. If ION were to grab that it potentially opens a significant door to markets PAC12 fans have been groveling for. Maybe GK does have a plan. Stay tuned...
  2. If ION would make a legit offer for the PAC12 network?? In conjunction with say ESPN? That could be a game changer. ION is obviously perceived as a niche market. People need to understand that part of surviving in this economy is thinking outside the box. ESPN, Fox... virtually every current NAME brand carrier began as a speculative venture. This is a possible window of opportunity that at least deserves a little exploration.
  3. That would cut out all the PAC followers who have chosen not to own Apple products, wouldn't it? If so, "Dumb and Dumber-er!"
  4. And puts in the effort in practice, the weight room, classroom, as well as life in general to be the best he can become. Playing well would be a huge bonus at this point.
  5. If someone was using pepper spray without just cause it could easily have been that individual who ended up in cuffs...
  6. What, you've never heard of "Pay for Play"? This is THE b1g'S way to trump the patsy games arranged end of season by the SEC... With a twist. Con the greedy PAC12 wannabe royalty with a nice paycheck, then sucker them into "Gullible's Travels"... Better looking opponents than the suckers employed by the ESPN Chosen, but with the added benefit of travel fatigue. Sounds like a win, for somebody!
  7. Sorta like the 'Mom/Gf' factor in recrootin' for a young man, one would think... They'll either love it or hate the constant travel. I imagine there will be a few players who find making a college decision/argument simpler. "LOOK, Mom, I'll be 4 hours closer, 5 times a year!"
  8. I drove a few hours on I95, 25 years ago, on a Sunday... it was one of my worst experiences behind the wheel ever... PERIOD.
  9. Strangely, that reminds me of a former Wannabe 'beauty queen' competitor I have the misfortune of being related to... When referring to several younger ladies who, in all honesty, easily, and in some cases are, considered beautiful and/or uber talented, the conversation centers around herself. She was always, and still is, the cleverest, the prettiest, the most successful... Even in comparison to her 18 year younger sister (the epitome of blonde bombshell, even as she is pushing 60), her own daughter (a very attractive , highly accomplished equestrian, once ranked in the top 20 in her discipline in the world), and pretty much any other person not involved in discussing herself. IMO, USC and the NCAA IS like the aging, fading harridan who volunteered to give eulogy for a departed ĺoved one: Start the session with, "I was always Grandma's favorite, because I was the first, and that made ME the BEST!"
  10. Careful Charles... You're showing our seniority!
  11. *************************************************** Poor lads have no clue... Lanning is 36, Riley 39. Lanning has far less "frat boy" in him than the "grown man" living in a $17 million golf retreat.
  12. This is a bigger get, in some ways, than Harbor would have been. Certainly a bigger need on the defensive side.
  13. Olympic aspirations and South Carolina seem like a poor match, given the Gamecocks' record in t&fricken, but young men follow their hearts. Would have been fun to watch, but this is still a huge class signing!
  14. Panty Bunch Waddled Fuskies... Draggin' a trail in the PAC since forever.
  15. Welp, OBD should have an answer shortly...
  16. Nice OC upgrade... Now go get some D!
  17. 18 SACKS as a junior? What is the competition like in his league?
  18. Maybe the gf could 'portal' to Oregon...
  19. Didn't they actually reduce the capacity at Reser?
  20. Pritch is still working hard to build his resume, even though he's already got what many think is his peak position. He just gets that it's a JOB, which denotes HARD WORK!
  21. ACC, you say? FSU would seem to be ideal...
  22. Can 'THE PAC' get the stadium approved for the Holiday as a package deal?
  23. Thanks for playing... Here's your lovely parting gift! Miami Football Makes Surprising Announcement About Top Assistant Coach WWW.SI.COM The offensive coordinator spent one year with the Hurricanes. "According to Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, Miami will pay Gattis’s “large buyout” to go in a different direction."
