  1. Must be, in the words of the fuzzkies, that oustanding NIL deal... Oh, wait!,
  2. Harder to shoot yourself in the foot without the pistol loaded...
  3. Hopefully, the action on the field draws interest from some recruits more interested in PT than an excessive NIL deal.
  4. "There's the Wall... You know what to do!"
  5. "Heres to the Dawgs of Toledo, Ohio... Ladies, we bid you, 'goodbye'!" John Denver
  6. Thompson looks like the inexperienced kid he is...
  7. My wife asked to go on a date this weekend... To the Spring Game! With the amount of time we've spent helping other family members with their medical and age related issues, it will be only the second time we've been able to take in the Ducks together in a ridiculously long time... The last time was a game against ASU, in Tempe. My now 16 year old granddaughters hadn't been born yet. Clemens and Whitehead were the offensive leaders! That's scary, exciting... And a little embarrassing. We've only been married 47 years (48 in June).
  8. The Ducks were never like this during the first go round, before the program was dumped by the University... I grew up around former Duck Dave Roberts (Ten seasons as a pro third baseman), before his family moved from Pleasant Hill to Corvallis, where he finished his HS career.
  9. How many jokes does it take for the Usuck locker room to snap to it?
  10. DAT was a "Visionary"... He saw holes most running backs wouldn't (or couldn't) recognize.
  11. "I LOVE GOOD, TOUGH DEFENSE!!!"
  12. MP has a Nov 5 opportunity to show what the former staff missed. THAT game should be worth watching.
  13. While PWO athletes don't receive scholarship money, they do have access to the nutrition program, Jacqua Center, and other benefits regular students don't have.
  14. Re: Lanning's family... It looked to me in the coach's family may have been on the end of the video of staff reactions to Conerly's commitment. If DL's extended 👪 family has indeed bought in to the Oregon experience, this could be a long term love affair, instead of a passing fling.
  15. I will enjoy wiping up my morning joe!
  16. Git the irons on the fire, cause this thing's gonna leave a mark!
  17. Back in 1978, when fuskies were a little closer to relevant, musical theater had a hit that was my mind's first chuckle at the time UT A&M started throwing mounds of cash in the NIL bucket, quickly followed by Tennessee and whoever else 👍 thinks it's a great idea... "Best Little Whorehouse In Texas". The title song even states, "Texas has a WHOREHOUSE in it!" Try as they may, that is not a corner I believe U Duh fans, for all their prowess, will ever be able to paint Oregon in to. Seems to me, they are accusing the Ducks of following a path the fuskies have been, historically (or should I say, hysterically?), far more familiar with.
  18. As my step-father (a pre-WWII starter on D for the StumpGrinders) used to say in response to fuskie angst, "Cry.My.Hand.Full!
  19. Who knows? JTT could hit the portal? FishDuck? More like CATCH Duck, in this case! Funny. I told my grandson. When I heard Conerly was on the Oregon campus last weekend, that I had a sneaky suspicion the Ducks had just scored a win over Riley's USC. QUACKS ME UP!
  20. There's a reason they call it 'fishing', instead of 'cat-ching'!
