My FishDuck Friends, I should be a bit more noble than this, but I really enjoy this stuff. Remember, entertainment comes from many sources in the off-season! Below is from a major Husky forum... Well, I do not expect 400 yards passing in a game, because I believe Oregon wants to have a balanced offense with a superb running game balanced by a downfield passing attack. It only takes a few long-balls in the early games to open up all the routes, especially for these tight ends, and it will help the running game that much better. I really don't think Nix has to be a Herbert; just better than we had last year?

I am very grateful to all veterans, as what we have is treasured and unique due to them and all that gave their lives for this nation.

Thanks to both of you for providing these articles to the community. And McDuck...I agree with your thoughts and where Graves is going with this. Set what your offense is, recruit players who fit it and then help them develop within your offense.

Well, I think it is an interesting discussion. Mike White peaked out IMHO at Oregon. He was the No. 1 seed going into the College Womens World Series twice and didn't get higher than 5th place? I do not think he could win the big one at Oregon--my view. I think someone else said it best; Mike White was paid the most at Oregon of any softball coach in the US who had not won a 'Natty. And he hasn't set the world on fire yet at Texas, although he has a chance to get into the WCWS today.

You never know what goes on inside the program between chemistry, and perceived opportunity (or not) by a player for next year. What do you want to bet that Coach Lombardi does well attracting new players in the portal? She has thus far...

What a player to average 101 points per game! Somebody needs an editor at another site, as I suspect the actual number is 10.1 points per game. Nonetheless, I am happy for Dana and Oregon fans!
