  1. Don't blame me! My putrid pick in OT was the coaches, and not my fault. Kirby Smart had to be happy to see this guy in his rearview mirror. Gunner Stockton doesn't have the same talent, but he has a heart millions of times bigger than this dork. However, Carson is a great fit with Mari-oh-oh and a Canes team that has never won an ACC title. This whiny BS won't hurt his draft stock, right? 🤪 If you're looking for a leader, don't Becken Carson.
  2. 12:30 Pacific KO in Iowa City is a break? SI thinks so. And it makes sense. Oregon Ducks On SIOregon Ducks Catch a Scheduling Break For Iowa GameThe kickoff time for the No. 6 Oregon Ducks' week 11 road matchup against the Iowa Hawkeyes has officially been announced. The Ducks and Hawkeyes will kick off
  3. Mari-oh-oh does not look very merry, does he? 😁 Oregon Ducks On SIAP Top 25 Poll Shake Up After Upset-Filled WeekendThe No. 6 Oregon Ducks enjoyed a bye during week 10 of the regular season as another chaotic weekend of college football shuffled the AP Top 25 Poll. Then-No. 8%
  4. AUBURN PUTS THE DEEP FREEZE ON HUGH FREEZE - Where will the coaches come from to replace the fired P4 coaches, plus Stanford? What's that, Beavis? No one other than Canzano and the bartender at the Peacock cares. 🙃
  5. WEEK 10 AP Poll - 6-2 UW is in. 6-2 Iowa is No. 26. Cincy, with a loss to Nebraska and a beatdown at Utah, is No. 25? Why? No. 23, 3-Loss Tennessee still has many Volunteers voting in the AP. Miami drops to No. 18. But, losing to Miami must still be a 'Good Loss.' Or, did the No. 10 Golden Domers' 25-10 win over the 1-8 BC Eagles really impress the voters? Tuesday night, we'll see how this poll stacks up against the PO Committee's 1st ranking release. I won't be surprised if Texas A&M is No. 1. AP NewsNCAA College Football Rankings: AP Top 25 Football PollThe official page for the AP Top 25 college football poll, a tradition since 1936. Keep up to date and view the latest ranking updates each week.
  6. Mr. Massey's computers also have OBD holding steady - https://masseyratings.com/cf/fbs/ratings USC, Iowa, and UW are all in the Top 25.
  7. The Coaches (Sports Information Director) Poll. OBD stays at No. 6 - https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/miami-georgia-tech-suffer-drops-in-week-11-college-football-coaches-poll-top-25-rankings/ Iowa is ranked; UW at No. 26.
  8. The AP Poll will soon be out. Below is ESPN's final PO prediction before the PO Committee's 1st ranking release on Tuesday - No. 8 OBD projected to host No. 9 Texas Tech in a Battle of Big (B1G) Donors. ESPN.comCFP top 12: One last projection before the first committe...We assess how the committee could stack the top teams in the country after Week 10.
  9. The Ducks have the hardest B1G row left to hoe. Oregon's next four B1G opponents are a combined 24-9: at Iowa, Minnesota, USC, and at UW. USC - Northwestern, Iowa, at Oregon, UCLA Michigan - Bye, at NW, at Maryland, Ohio State Ohio State - at Purdue, UCLA, Rutgers, and at Michigan Indiana - at Penn State, Wisconsin, Bye, and at Purdue Iowa - Oregon, at USC, Michigan State, and at Nebraska UW - at Wisconsin, Purdue, at UCLA, and Oregon Oregon has road games left at Iowa and UW. Tuesday night, both teams could and should be in the PO committee's top 25. Fortunately, Indiana has a Bye before facing the Boilermakers on the road. 😁 Go Ducks!
  10. With the game on CBS, this is an interesting location. Fox will broadcast Iowa State at TCU at 3:30 p.m. Eastern. Fox will broadcast Northwestern at USC on Friday, 11/7, at 6 PM Pacific. The broadcast of this game is not USC at Northwestern on 11/8 at 9 AM Pacific, as shown in error on a number of sites. I do not see a B1G game being broadcast this Saturday at 9 AM Pacific.
  11. Thank you, Don, that was a Dandy! Iowa Drinking Game to play if you want to stay sober: Chug one down when an announcer refers to Kirk Ferentz as having the most B1G L's in the history of the conference. (The number is 89, which OBD hopefully turns into 90 on Saturday.) If you want to over-serve yourself: Any mention of the Children's Hospital, including waving at the Hospital, Woody Hayes, Amos Alonzo Stagg, the Broyles Award, Phil Parker and his D-Fence, Grono's accomplishments in FCS football, TEs in the NFL, and the biggest number of games won by a B1G coach. 😁 60 degrees in November! YES! Rain to slow down OBD's athletes. In 2025, I already watched this movie and gave it 0% on Rotten Tomatoes. Thanks again, Don. This will not be an easy out. 2-loss Iowa has plenty to play for. Kick Kirk Over the Ferentz, all the way to Ames!
  12. Give Mari-oh-oh a break. He made my Bye, and now I get to wallow in it 🤪, while thinking of the Canes trip to Pitt on November 29th! Dear Miami Boosters, please keep throwing Millions of Dollars at Mario, and kids who have never suited up for a college game, and a guy who led the SEC in INTs in 2024. Don't give up on him. In 2025, your boy Beck is now 2nd in the ACC behind some Sap, with 9-Picks, and he's still in the race to be the ACC's most Prolific Picker. 🤑 About that Car, Son. 🤬
  13. Awww, Schucks! 🙃Thank you for the kind words. It's a privilege to be associated with the friends of OBD on this great Forum. With Boise being blasted, I know that somewhere LaGarrette 'Sugar Ray' Blount is also smiling. 😁 Let's Spit in a Hawk's Eye!
  14. Man, I hate to say it, but hats off to USC! The Trojans are a closet case, but We Need the PO Dues!
  15. Hats off to the Beavs! WAZZU? 3-point road loss to No. 7 Ole Miss. A 2-point road loss to No. 15 UVA. And a 7-10 road loss in Corvallis? There is Insanity, and then there is CFB on and off the field in 2025. 🤪 Have Mercy!
  16. Hats off to Dilly! ASU, behind its backup QB, wins at Iowa State.
  17. Forum friends. I have watched CFB from stem to stern today. The only team I have seen that I believe might be a step above is the Ohio State, with a Boa Constrictor defense, playing alongside an NFL TE, 3 certain NFL WRs, a super accurate QB, and with an attitude. OK, perhaps ditto Indiana? I have seen nothing today that convinces me the SEC has nine teams worthy of being in the top 25. Then, again, with the proliferation of CFB parity, why rank 25 teams? Instead, how about projecting a 12-team PO field and four P4 and 2 G6 teams on the cusp. I hope everyone in Iowa City is suffering from insomnia, not able to nap during the bye week.
  18. Watch out for Pitt! Bye next week and then the chance to make PO noise - home vs. Notre Dame, at Georgia Tech that lost to NC State today, and Miami on November 29th in Three Rivers Stadium. 👍👌😁 One loss in the ACC and undefeated since a true Frosh QB took over, Pitt is right there for a spot in the ACC champ game and a Tuesday night ranking.
  19. Doctor, I love the diagnosis, but why not smash mouth your way into the Red Zone and then, stop running the ball. BRILLIANT!
  20. This is Mari-oh-oh's 6th loss to a double-digit dog.🤣
  21. Your O-line is dinged, but you've run the ball into the red zone and decide to abandon the run. Why? This Nebraska team was stomped on by the Gophers run game. No comprende. Good luck to all recruits. Bring your skill set with because you are not going to be coached up!
  22. I'm reaching for the Pepto Bis as I type, but OBD needs an SC win. 🤬Sorry 😧.
  23. I'm Shocked! Or, should I say, Clocked!
  24. TRAGIC! The valet says he can't find Carson's intercepted Lambo! 😁
  25. And perhaps, taking the Domers with him? Hats off to NO. Texas for assuring ND will not have a top 25 game vs Navy next Saturday. After a nice pay raise, Coach Lashlee Ponies Up!
