  1. Don't Tug on Superman's Cape and Don't Cross Oregon's Dan Lanning👍👌😁 SICollege Football Week 2 Takeaways: Welcome Back to the Ho...The Gators lost to another unranked opponent under Napier, and his seat once again is uncomfortably hot.
  2. Big spread, -27.5, for OBD's first 2025 B1G game on the shores of Lake Micigan. https://sports.yahoo.com/article/oregon-ducks-open-massive-favorites-010159556.html
  3. We'll see how the season plays out, but if UW improves as much as I believe it will this season, Florida graduate Jedd Fisch, who coached under Spurrier at Florida, could be on the list. UW will not be able to come close to what Fisch would be offered. Jedd has a wealth of coaching experience and is 49 years old. And Dan Mullen, who did not have a bad record at Florida but got sideways with the fans over what was believed to be lackadaisical recruiting, is back coaching at UNLV, 2-0 with a win over (supposed P4) UCLA. The teams do not meet for the second season in a row, but Mizzou's Eli Drinkwitz could be on the radar. With the loss to USF, Billy Napier could have a difficult time finishing 6-6. Florida's schedule for the rest of the season is absurdly difficult. OOC, the Gators are on the road in Week 4 at Miami after playing at LSU this Saturday, and have home games remaining against Texas, Tennessee, and a Mississippi State team that just defeated ASU. The Gators play Georgia in Jacksonville, and road games at A&M, Kentucky, and Ole Miss. Napier is sitting on a scalding seat. 🤬 Don't forget Kiff. Billy Napier replacements: Ranking Florida's best coachin...Florida could be on the lookout for a coach for the fifth time since Urban Meyer left in 2010.
  4. That you're an idiot, or that Limar is good. 🤪 KIDDING! I'm less surprised that Jayden has stepped up than I am with Hughes lack of playing time.
  5. January 1, 2025, was a B1G Bad Day. That's Day squared. 😒 Laying a Huge Duck Egg before the Sun started to disappear behind the San Gabriel's resonates. I think everyone from the top down is dialed in. Those who haven't completely bought-in are suspened or spend time on the pine. I recall feeling the same about Georgia the season after Tua broke the Dawgs hearts. Will we see the same results? It isn't easy to overcome a figurative and literal decapitation. 😁Quack! Waste the Wildcats!
  6. It's OK. I often hear this question from the Ladies.😁 Hit the T-Bar above, and your Font is your command.
  7. Nuck, Nuck, Nuck! 😁 Saturday TraditionOregon tried to 'break the scoreboard' vs. Oklahoma State...Oregon took Mike Gundy's comments throughout the week as disrespect. The Ducks tried to break the scoreboard on Saturday because of it.
  8. Nah, OK State doesn't have the money to change the conference logo on the unis. 🙃
  9. Thank you, Steven, for all of the great 'day-after' posts. These rankings are an example of why playing a ranked opponent OOC may not be a good idea. Michigan, with a true freshman QB, goes on the road to play the AP's No. 16 team, does not get blown out by a team with the portal's No. 1-ranked QB, and drops two spots from No. 7 to 9th. Drops behind UW and Nebraska teams that have played easier schedules to date. I know this is just for grins 😁but we saw the same from the PO Committee last season that had a team with an SOS in the mid-80s ranked the ninth best in the nation. Michigan has one of the easiest in-conference schedules. The Wolverines will not have Sherrone Moore with them in Week 4 when they play at Nebraska, but win this game and 10-2 is doable.
  10. Doctor, Doctor! For Pawaalll's sake, someone call the Programming Doctor. 🤪
  11. Indeed. The FIU, Who Knew!, defense held up well late into yesterday's game against the Nits rushing attack. Of course, this game was a Snooze Out and not a White Out. This will be OBD's D 3rd game vs. DC Jim Knowles. OBD is 1-1. Many solid players on the D side of the ball for Penn State, but Caleb Downs is not one of them. The Ducks have the weapons to win a shootout. No doubt, Week 5 will be a B1G test.
  12. 3 Keys to the Victory: Ducks Showed Up 😍
  13. A week away vs UMass. Another close Cy-Hawk game today. Iowa State wins at home for the first time since 2011 on a 54-yard FG from a kicker who made a 63-yarder last week. Big win for the B12 against a B1G team.
  14. It was this close right up until the last note of Our National Anthem. 😁 Is the referee Dabo's brother from the same mother? Oklahoma State looks like UT Martian. 🙃Or, a P4 team Absent Without Dinero? 🤑 Mike, I'm no expert, but I think there may be better ways to raise funds than begging for help from FEMA and the Oklahoma Red Cross. 🤪 Who knew? Next week's trip to Chicago may turn up a better opponent?🤔
  15. From 1022 miles, the distance from Ann Arbor, MI, to Norman, OK, away. Had a Better Sign But Sherrone Stole It! 😁 Lasso The Cowboys!
  16. The Mike Gundy hits just keep on coming. And ILLINOIS at DUKE is a battle of 2024-25 1-score wonders. https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/college-football-week-2-storylines-gundys-lame-money-excuse-oklahomas-must-win-border-wars-return/
  17. 👍👌❤️ Nice B1G start to the weekend. 2-0 with wins by next week's opponent, 1-1 Northwestern (how bad is W Illinois?), and the 2-0 Maryland Terps. Lasso the Cowboys!
  18. It's the Little Saint Nick, you don't know what you had, You had a comptition edge but now DeBoer's on the floor, And the Tide rolled out when a Seminole roared, And if that ain't enough to make flip your lid, Here's One More Thing: DeBoer ain't winning a Natty. 😁 People should make note of their Experation Date.
  19. Hey, Mike! Shut your pie-hole! George, you are right, Sir. EssentiallySports"Mike Gundy, Shut Up": Oregon Legend Blames HC for $7M Ok...Ducks' legendary alum hits back at Oklahoma State's HC Mike Gundy's 'Oregon NIL comments' before week 2 matchup.
  20. Blue Bloods Michigan and Oklahoma battle on Saturday. That these two have met Once before Saturday's game is hard to believe. 1976 - Orange Bowl - The 1st bowl game outside of the Rose Bowl that the Big Ten allowed Michigan to play. Sooners 14 - Wolverines 6. Off Tackle EmpireMichigan Battles Oklahoma in Early Season ShowdownAfter a successful opening act, Bryce Underwood and the Wolverines travel to Oklahoma for a week two showdown against the Sooners.
  21. What happened to the CFB Cowboys? The Dallas Cowboys are Spitty 😁and the Stillwater Cowboys are Bucked. 🤬 https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/what-happened-to-oklahoma-state-how-one-of-college-footballs-coolest-brands-slipped-to-a-saturday-long-shot/
  22. Bill Connolly has 28 Week 2 games to watch. (If you don't have a life outside of CFB?) ESPN.comOU to challenge a freshman QB, the Border rivalry's retur...In Week 2, we get a unique helmet game and the Group of 5's biggest weekend.
  23. Tonight, ACC Dark Horse 😁 Louisville plays one of the PO G6 favorites, James Madison University. 4 PM - ESPN2 SC transfer QB Miller Moss played well against Weber State. This will be a step up in competition. The Cardinals host Clemson, a team it defeated in 2024, and Kentucky, but have a difficult conference road schedule playing at Pitt, Miami, VA Tech, Cal, and SMU. Whew! Big Red LouieLouisville vs James Madison final odds and predictionsJeff Brohm and Louisville football will look to carry their momentum over from their dominant Week 1 win over Eastern Kentucky into the Week 2 clash with James
  24. Duke has opened the football wallet, making the Blue Devils a more likely B1G expansion candidate. UNC might be tempted to go the way of the SEC, but I'm fairly certain that Duke would want to go B1G. Duke, UNC, Notre Dame, Kansas, ASU, and FSU? The Seminoles are this close to AAU status and a B1G bid. 🤔 5 B1G P4 vs P4 games today. 2 versus the ACC, 2 versus the B12, and 1 against the SEC. The games were bigger in Week 1, but all 5 of these games will have an impact on conference SOS, making the PO, and PO seeding. A multi-million-dollar question: Will the B1G have three or four teams in the 2025-26 PO? Will the ACC and B12 have two? https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/why-duke-went-all-in-on-football-blue-devils-invest-heavily-for-program-to-compete-at-highest-level/?ftag=SNL-04-10aaa0b&ET_CID=471959&ET_RID=52482716
