  1. Ducks made the CFP with less star talent and depth. Ducks also made the championship game they should have won with less. College is a coaches game. Of course you need dudes to execute but the question is... Does Lanning and his coaching staff have the chops to make CFP and compete for a title in 2nd year? Going to be fun to find out.
  2. I watch Youtube, Amazon Prime and Netflix on my smart tv. No buffering. No issues at all unless internet goes down. Actually works better than dish.
  3. My son watches all the NFL games he wants through streaming. I could have game on my 75" samsung qled ( greatest tv for watching ball) and he still will stream it on his phone and go do something else. Something streaming offers is an international audience. Something the Ducks have already tapped into. The Duck brand would generate revenue Ducks didn’t have access to previously. American football is primed for an international audience. The Ducks could claim the throne of the international market.
  4. I am interested in how Will Stein builds and executes the offensive playbook. How well does he and Nix manage what should be an explosive offense. How well will Stein scheme pregame and adjust to expose the opposition for 4 quarters? Nix is going to take an even bigger role calling plays from LOS. If Nix and Stein are on the same page early this could be a top 5 offense. A ton of weapons and a very capable front. Can the D crack top 40ish in the country? If they can, Ducks are competitive against anyone in the cfp.
  5. This man looks absolutely exhausted. Hope he takes a week off. Take care of your health coach.
  6. Oregon D made Penix look like the second coming of Brady. Tom not Marsha. Next year Ducks will have a much better D and then... Marsha, Marsha, Marsha. Dude should have taken the Bama job. Being OC for Sabin is a guarantee Power 5 HC job in a couple years.
  7. With or without these recruits, Oregon has a lot of talent and should field a very good football team. The foundation is set with the players lanning has now. Ducks will stack class after class equivalent to the 23 class. The next few years the Ducks are going to be a force. Harbor and Pleasant will choose to be a big part of that or be a face in the crowd somewhere else. Ducks are on the verge of changing the power structure of college football. I have no doubts with Lanning leading this progr'm. These last few recruits will not change the path Oregon is on. Whether they chose to be a part of it is up to them. Be a part of something special or be an also ran.
  8. During the spring game last year, Popo was giving the offensive line fits. I remember the buzz around Popo ratcheting up big. Looking forward to spring to see how the year off and injury affects his play. If he can pick up where he left off, look out. Popo will be a huge factor in the pass rush.
  9. Pair of Oregon Ducks named 'top' prospects at their positions for 2024 NFL Draft - On3 WWW.ON3.COM ESPN's Matt Miller unveiled an early look at his top 2024 Draft prospects, and the Oregon...

  11. Haven't been able to hang out here much lately. Long hard runs everyday has pulled me away. Going to take part of this weekend off and get caught up. This right here just makes it a little easier to get through. Thank you Trojan Man! You make my days just a touch lighter. "Whine On".
  12. Dude doesn't even have a drivers license. Kid should pump the brakes and wait a couple years.
  13. Nothing good happens after midnight. Condolences to family and friends. Sad.
  14. Oregon Recruiting: Former UGA OLB MJ Sherman enters transfer portal DUCKSWIRE.USATODAY.COM MJ Sherman struggled to find a role with Georgia, but he is a former top-50 recruit with...
  15. Lanning got 10 wins out of the gate. Thats pretty good results. 2 loses proved fatal. Nix injury was definitely a factor but defense and special teams own most of it. 11-1 reg? I don't know if Oregon would have gotten embarrassed in CFP or not. It didn't look good Sept 3rd. I would have loved to see Lanning and his team try. Lanning is bringing in some Dudes. 75% of the team are his guys. Stack classes like this years class for a couple years and Ducks are going to Dominate the Pac or B1G. Lanning v. Smart for a title is coming. And it's going to be epic.
  16. This is getting pretty crazy. How am I supposed to keep up with all this madness?
  17. Cam won over a lot of Duck fans. He showed grit with coming back from season ending injuries 3(?) years in a row. People like that. I hope the best for him. He is no longer a Duck. It opens up room on the roster, thats probably a good thing. Its official, this is no longer Helfs team.
  18. Some did, your point is well taken. I was not in the "no Bo" camp. Hope this kid is of the same mold. It was obvious to me Bo was a Dude. Not sure on Soelle.
  19. Lincoln Riley is a scab. Garrett Riley knows this better than anyone.
  20. Spring is going to be important for Popo. He will be able to test himself after injury. Hope he is 100% of what he was last spring. If so, his impact will be felt across the D. Dudes a beast!
  21. Lanning landing Nix coming out of the gate is still the biggest fish to date. Time will tell but DL is showing huge chops on the trail. He has used the portal to turn this roster into his team. Portal is a great tool too shed 4 and 5* who wash out (JF). This Duck staff has been moving hard on recruits and portal. Super aggressive Malchow will prove his brilliance it he can balance 85 scholarships with the level they are getting commitments.
  22. I fully expect Ducks to win every one of those games. Like UCLA in 22, U$C goes down to the O in 23. Send them off with a parting gift
