That's what ACC said until today about Furd/Cal too. One never knows. AAC schools get $7/yr, while Mountain West gets 4. Either one is a huge haircut for our poor neighbors.

Can't agree more about the untimely and too-frequent substitutions of RBs when the game was going well. If Bucky had gotten the ball instead of Nix in the fateful Q4 red-zone run against the puppies, OBD might have gone to the play-off, won the Pac or at least the Northwest!

Well, if Alabama comes calling, not many can say no... I am not sure this reflects poorly on "Maria", as much as we dislike the snail oil salesman now.

I wish I could see it, but I don't - we couldn't even win Oregon and NW championship this year. Next year, it would be great if we could take care of those, which will still be tall orders. But as I always tell my kids - aim high even if it seems impossible then good things will happen.

Love Herbert 100%, but he wasn't as productive as he should have been in that game either. Lawrence looked so much better in the 2nd half than Herbert did all game. I wish he had been more crutched and really carried the team over the hump. But alas, we will have to wait another year yet again.

A team can only have one starting QB. We got ours. There are always other great players that will be playing for another team. I say don't be greedy. I am not impressed by the character of Moore, who seems to have zero loyalty - flipped from ND and now from UO. Maybe that's how it is in this day an age, but I still don't like it. So hope he makes it, but won't be surprised if we see him in the portal in anot-so-distant future.

If we can only have one of the two, DL definitely made the wise choice. Recruiting is no longer the only way to get good players this day and age. In fact, it is better to transfer a proven QB than recruiting a 5-star. I know because I happen to be fan of a team that has this experience at QB recently. Wink Wink...
