  1. Not sure after my 30.9 Million dollar check bounced.
  2. Some glaring numbers here ..... athletic support from "institutional support as the sum of student fees, direct and indirect institutional support and state money allocated to the athletics department, minus certain funds the department transferred back to the school" Cal: $30.9 millionArizona State: $29.4 millionArizona: $14.4 millionUtah: $12.9 millionColorado: $11.2 millionOregon State: $10.8 millionWashington State: $5.5 millionWashington: $4.4 millionUCLA: $2.6 millionOregon: $397,000 Per Jon Wilner's Pac 12 Hotline, free via email with links to pay sites. 3. Hit the nail on the head. It's going to be very hard to put the Genie back in the bottle now that they, the players, have tasted this freedom. Besides, where is it in the players' best interest to now restrict them? Since it isn't, real tough sledding for the ncaa (can't do smaller font) to make a change now. If you tried to tie it to coaches changing, since it is open season on them, different schools would have different portal times. Time to suck it up and get used to the death of CFB as we knew it.
  4. Notice all my fans in attendance?
  5. Mac served its purpose, Matt is fine, just bring the juice.
  6. You may chose the later, but your team seems to be "flying under the radar" and then "not even coming close to living up to the expectations". Plus, $C has "fight on", uw seems to have "lick on".
  7. It's interesting how long this is taking. If he is solid with $C, which all indications seem to be, he should be committing sooner rather than later so he can then help with peer recruiting. So, the longer he waits the better for all except the program he commits to.
  8. Right now there are 69 scholarship players giving Oregon 16 available for the upcoming class and transfer portal. Seven signed, 3 expected to sign 2/2, so that leaves 6 openings. However, no mention of the "7 extras" per 24/7 Looking at Oregon's scholarship numbers before National Signing Day (247sports.com)
  9. He was like Altman, didn't have a losing record vs UCLA. Plus he hit an epic behind the backboard shot at Pauley, I guess YouTube doesn't go back far enough, I looked.
  10. Hey Mario try, 1-800-269663-9268-86-23-69-62 (anyone want to be my OC)
  11. Yeah, start writing for our opponents please.
  12. Olineman, can't blame him.
  13. Hate that auto correct feature
  14. Hero to zero ball in a hurry.
  15. Remember it well. During warmups Sidney Wicks tried to intimidate the students by running sprints and glaring into the stands. Except the students stood up and glared back. Then to start the game, the fans' ovation was so loud and long, they almost called a technical on the fans. The year before, Larry Holiday, all 6'3" of him tied up Alcindor/Jabbar on the opening jump and dislocated his arm. Put back in and played the entire game while only dislocating it one more time.
  16. I remember Stan Love for two reasons . . . .1) In a close game Henry Bibby stole the ball and raced for a layup, Stan trailed the play and went up, grabbed the rim and gave Bibby a foot to the back and into the stands he went; 2) there was a quote that the first contract he got, he got 1 Mil for every point in his GPA. It was a $500,000 contract 😂
  17. I think league rules should remain the same for the regular season and the playoffs. Besides making sure each team get at least one offensive possession. If the team that wins the toss scores a FG, then the other team shouldn't be limited by the clock on their possession. The toss winning team could take 9 minutes and 59 second for their drive, kick the FG with no time left, and the other teams never sees the ball.
  18. I think the +7 might be limited to whether or not you get transfers. For some reason I don't think it is a hard and fast rule.
  19. And Dillingham that there would be a shift to more of a passing attack. That would be sweet.
  20. The reason Oregon didn't turn down the movie being shot on campus as did some other 50+ schools before U of O (and no, it wasn't for lack of prowess), the then President of the university was at another college when they turned down a movie location and it turned out to be the Graduate, so he said "yes" this time. And the rest is ...
