Remember it well. During warmups Sidney Wicks tried to intimidate the students by running sprints and glaring into the stands. Except the students stood up and glared back. Then to start the game, the fans' ovation was so loud and long, they almost called a technical on the fans. The year before, Larry Holiday, all 6'3" of him tied up Alcindor/Jabbar on the opening jump and dislocated his arm. Put back in and played the entire game while only dislocating it one more time.

I think league rules should remain the same for the regular season and the playoffs. Besides making sure each team get at least one offensive possession. If the team that wins the toss scores a FG, then the other team shouldn't be limited by the clock on their possession. The toss winning team could take 9 minutes and 59 second for their drive, kick the FG with no time left, and the other teams never sees the ball.

I think the +7 might be limited to whether or not you get transfers. For some reason I don't think it is a hard and fast rule.

And Dillingham that there would be a shift to more of a passing attack. That would be sweet.
