  1. Lol, well never throw across your body!!! Unless your Bo Nix
  2. Heck yeah we are, how can you not? Schumann and Muschamp are both great, but yeah I miss Lanning. I’m happy for him though. Really glad he was hired by Oregon. Great hire!!!
  3. Absolutely, great play call
  4. I was thinking the same, lol
  5. It looks like Williams is wearing a Mallet on his hand!!! . Glad he is playing
  6. Let’s go defense. Set the tone early
  7. Ducks 46-34 1 2 378 yards
  8. Good stuff Charles! The only thing that concerns me about Stein being the Ducks OC is if and when the Ducks play my Dawgs in the Playoff!!!. I haven’t been able to watch every game, and sure, having Bo Nix at QB is a huge plus. But the man certainly seems to know what he is doing. One of the top offenses in FBS isn’t achieved by accident
  9. Man I’m very excited about the Duck’s 2024 recruiting class! Especially on the defensive side. Adding Johnson could be huge! I feel confident that CDL and Co will help these players develop to their full potential. One I’m pumped about is of course Breland, this kid could turn out to be an absolute game wrecker on the line for Oregon. We’ve seen the last two seasons in GA how these type of players can be huge on Defense. Lanning has proven he can find them, develop them, and he certainly knows how to use them! I’m also excited about the DBs and LBs, but I can’t express enough the importance of talent and depth on the DL. Building a DL that can stay fresh into the 4th quarter and dominate the LOS is demoralizing to an offense. Another thing GA has done well is the evaluation process of recruits. Finding the right guys that totally buy in and work their butts off. I’m sure Lanning is doing this very well at Oregon just as he did at GA. So for DBs and LBs, finding guys with great quickness and speed with high football IQ and awareness. Oregon is going to see more and more of this type of player in the future on Defense. IMO we can already see this season a change in Oregon’s defensive identity, give Lanning another year or two and it’s going to be even better. I honestly think we are gonna see games where the opposing OC just has that unnatural look of defeat in his eyes, a look that tells you he honestly has no idea what to do next! I can’t wait, it’s gonna be good! All of this is not said to downplay how good Oregon is this season. I’m not sure how GA and Oregon will match up if we are fortunate enough to see it this season. But I can honestly say that Oregon and Bama are the teams that have me concerned the most right now. Ducks are playing some outstanding ball!!!
  10. Yeah, I wasn’t even thinking of Novosad. I have faith that Lanning and Co will handle the QB situation well. Do you think it’s likely that Oregon will bring in a transfer QB to compete? And who do you think might be available? I’m thinking it’s very possible, but I’ve not given much thought to who might be in the mix
  11. First off it’s not happening. He is NFL bound. But I actually think the Ducks next season would be extremely scary with Caleb. Caleb would benefit playing in the Duck’s culture and program and the Ducks would absolutely benefit from his talent. No matter though, I’ve hope that Thompson does very well next season!
  12. I think it sets up well for Nix to win. Both are deserving, but if Nix and Oregon take care of business he should win the heisman.
  13. I vote for this option!
  14. If I were Lanning sure I’d have conversations with aTm and check it out. Maybe even interview. But I think I would do this just for leverage in a contract renegotiation. I think I would absolutely want to stay with Oregon, so long as they would play ball. I don’t think Oregon would blink at paying Lanning a good bit more to keep him. Would They?
  15. Yeah, I plan to sleep late in the morning
  16. Absolutely, time to keep the throttle down!!! Get some much needed style points! That’s not usually my style, but it could be big in later voting
  17. Caleb is a great player, but this relentless Ducks defense is wearing him down
  18. Yeah, I wasn’t aware that spinning the ball was a penalty
  19. Lol, this is awesome!!!
  20. That was beautiful! What a play
