WHERE is the Most Inexpensive Place to Retire?
I'm sure it would be easy to research cheap places to live in the US or the world, however I'm guessing cheap isn't the only requirement.

CJ Carr to Notre Dame Overshadowed by ‘Redshirting?’
My son in 8th grade (age 14) is playing basketball and has mentioned many times pointing to kids who are 16. Division one athletes don't need age advantages. It isn't 100% true, but 99.9% of the time, you are either a divsion one athlete or you are not. Peaking in high school is silly. My daughter in 6th grade (age 12) plays soccer and all her friends want to play up against older kids. Totally different mentality between boys and girls. I have quite a few friends who played in college, division 2 or 3 and they talked about the caliber of kids playing there. I don't think parents understand just how talented you need to be to play college sports. Most parents have rose colored glasses for their kids and think they are all americans. Watching both my kids play and I have not been wowed by any child yet. I don't think I have seen any child who will go onto be a division one athlete.

Canzano: Take a Hard Pass on LIV Golf at Pumpkin Ridge
No person, organizations or country can be on their high horse, for they have their own mistakes from the past. PGA doesn't exactly have a great track record of always doing the right thing. I get the Saudi backing is a terrible look for LIV, but the PGA has been living as the only game in town. This hopefully is a wake up call for them to make some changes in their own house.

Bo Nix’s Picks: Can You Live With Them?
I'm hoping Nix is maturing because his stats show improvement every season for the most part. His completion percentage improved every year. His yards per pass average improved. His number of INTs decreased his junior year. I don't think he is going to be a top 10 QB in college, but I'm pretty sure he is not going to be as frustrating as Anthony Brown was last year. I know I'll be pulling my hair out on a bad INT, but if he only throws 3 of them for a full season, I can live with that. Eliminating the 25 Scholarship Cap for Two Years
Eliminating the 25 initial counters College coaches are also adjusting to the NCAA doing away with the initial counter scholarship limit for two years. Previously, coaches were not only limited to 85 total scholarships, but also 25 initial counters in each class -- transfers and high school prospects, even if a program was under the 85 limit. The NCAA created a waiver to allow coaches to go over that 25 annual limit by up to seven scholarships based on the number of players they had transfer out, but now the rule is gone altogether for two years. "It's going to help a lot, it was needed. It will make it that much easier for schools to get back to the 85 total scholarships," a Big Ten assistant said. "When new coaches come in, sometimes they can't catch up because they're limited. With the transfer portal, you can't predict who's leaving or what's going to happen, so this makes it a little easier because roster management is so difficult right now." Prior to the transfer-portal era, it wasn't as much of an issue; most of the 25 initials were going to high school prospects. Once the NCAA allowed players the opportunity to transfer one time without having to sit out a year, it became more and more popular to leave the school they started at. But if a school brought in eight transfers who are able to play right away, that leaves room for only 17 high school recruits. The issue is if a team has more players transfer out than transfer in, and is under the 85 total limit. That hurts depth and future development, and can impact a program negatively if they aren't able to fill spots because of that annual limit. Getting rid of the 25 will allow coaches to get back to the numbers they need and will also likely give more high school prospects opportunities and scholarships that were previously being eliminated by restrictions in numbers.
