Thread for the other games this week.

Friday night’s “Battle of the Bottom Tier” pits WSU vs CU.

Cougs are taking Prime’s kids out to the woodshed so far in the 1st quarter. A 98 yard kick return for a TD just put them up 21-7.

CU offense looks much worse since firing their oc

The Cougs are on a roll. 42 -7 before the half.

The free fall of Colorado started at Autzen. They found out quickly that they need a lot more substance and less trash talk to play big boy football.

Washington State looks like they could score 100 points tonight if they so desire. Coach Sanders has the flu, his QB son left the game injured, and CU looks clueless.

This looks like a team that has given up.

Colorado is just giving the ball to the Wazu defense.

This is embarrassing for the Buffs.

I wonder if they will sell out the season tickets next year????

Well not surprisingly it finally happened: Sheldeur Sanders got knocked out of the game after being sacked multiple times in the 1st quarter.

I'm not sure Sanders Heisman chances are very strong these days 🙂

Really nice to see WSU smack them up and down the field last night.

"They play for clicks, we play for wins." - So classic.

I love it when Buffs get their a#*$ handed to them. The early season hype over this team was asinine. I hope they lose every game they play.

Chattanooga Mocs @ Alabama should be quite exciting. 😉

Now that's how to schedule games late in the season.

Must see TV, IMO.

What channel is it on?

Oh, wait! Seatgeek still has tix available for the 11am kickoff, starting at $3/each!

Let's GO!

Go Utah!

Since that is Oregon’s “best” win to date, it would help Oregon, if they can win out.

[same with USC, since we don’t play UCLA]

Miami is actually letting TVD throw the ball. They have 14 points in the first quarter. It’s amazing how that works out.

Mario just had to lose a few games and have nothing left to play for before they open it up. I like the Miami fan references to caveman football.  Someone called him Woody Hayes. 🤣

Good chance of it. Sanders will get them pumped for the off-season. They'll get some additional talent. Probably make some new hires, probably at OC, I can't imagine the guy they took play calling away from sticks around (not sure if he already left or not).

Then go diving in the transfer portal and get some new flash.

Then top it all off by playing in the Big 12 which is weaker than this year's pac-12 by a longshot.

Yeah they'll sell their tickets.

You’re right. He likes to open it up in meaningless games. He waits for bowl games to grind it out against average defenses.

Go Terps, still in it, I'm sure Michigan will be able to pull away, but at least they're finally going against a QB that isn't a scrub (and I include Allar in that!).

Maryland down 6 n on D..no crowd noise? I had to check to see if Maryland was at home? Yep, definitely not an autzen environment

Let's go Terps!!!!

I’m sure Miami is a sell out But the stands look pretty empty. Maybe they are all in line for beer.

Mario does not look happy

Maryland played a really gutsy game so far.  But unless a miracle happens they'll come up short.

I'd be unhappy too if I knew I'd be fired pretty soon lol

Look back in August, I called USuC to go 8-4 or 7-5.  7-5 makes me happy.  Deion at 4-7 does too.  Hope Utah blows them out.

Florida State is not gonna get any "eye test" votes today!  Down 14-0 to University of North Alabama....you know, that amazing football powerhouse.

Just heard that Jordan Travis, FSU QB, suffered a very nasty leg injury and was carted off the field.  FSU will drop for sure.

It’s pouring in Corvallis and the Beavos are motivated. Ripe conditions for an upset tonight.

Dang, that snap on the punt was a kick to the castor glands!

2nd and 23 is not a strong position for Penix...

Nice defensive play by the beavers!

This Beavs game is ugly. Wow

That’s putting it mildly. The weather is wreaking havoc on both teams, it’s pretty entertaining to watch.

Funny bit of commentary there...

"Bo Nix has a good day... Though it was against Arizona State"

To diminish the win and Nix's stats.

They're ignoring the fact that Washington played ASU too ... And it's not Oregon's fault that Penix couldn't score an offensive touchdown against them.

It's also not Oregon's fault that it took the refs putting their thumb heavily on the scale to ensure a Husky win against ASU.

I am watching the game between OSU and UW. They seem evenly matched. The weather is obviously impacting the game and there are too many penalties. Maybe the same officials as last week. I see different ways that this game can impact UO and have heard commentary both ways. The one thing I do know is next week is going to be tough. Both are really good teams. Regardless I will always root for the beavers.

Texas vs Iowa State... 3-3 at half time.

Beavos had a 10 minute long drive to score. If they keep doing that they could win this.

Husky getting help from the refs again. Wow. Offsetting should have been called on that PF. I am speechless

Fuskies think there should be a penalty flag every time they pass the ball. Yeesh.

I had to go over to the Texas v. Iowa St. game. Couldn't tolerate Huskys arrogant celebrations.

Beavs need a TD plus a 2-pt conversion…

Fusky has 215 total yards. Penix 11/24. Nix might have won the Heisman tonight.

Oregon and Nix will get a shot to beat the Beavers by more next week.

Then a shot to beat the Huskies and crush their hopes and dreams.
